Relax on the deck and enjoy the easterly views looking towards the mountains, or head to the trendy or family restaurants just minutes away.

Perhaps just take a break, sink into the leather lounge - have a drink.

Whether you're a couple wanting the facilites and comfort of townhouse accommodation or whether you're a family or couples travelling together, Eurella Views is an exceptional choice.

The Master Bedroom upstairs features a queen size bed and a huge ensuite .

On the main level, the second and third bedrooms also feature queen size beds and we have bunks to sleep 2 more in the upstairs "loft" adjacent to the master bedroom.

The kitchen features stainless appliances including dishwasher, large fridge, 4 plate cooktop, oven, rangehood, microwave and a walk in pantry.

A laundry completes the domestic requirements.

An interesting modern property.

We enjoyed our stay at Eurella Views - the view was great! The house is modern and well appointed; however it was short on maintenance. Use of the downstairs bathroom was awkward for senior citizens due to the missing towel rail and lack of hanging space. No bedside light or switch in the front downstairs bedroom, poor lighting in the central sitting area made reading difficult, no hand towel in the kitchen. However, we did enjoy our stay and managed to park the car close to the entrance without impeding the neighbours!

Disappointing stay

So many items missing from a house that could have been a lovely stay. Lacking basic stock items from the pantry and only one tea towel and a used dish cloth .... really?! Access to the house was only available from the corner of the street which meant that we had to park away from the corner to carry luggage and groceries inside. Off street parking gave us no other access to the house apart from walking back up a steep slope to the street.

Owner's Response: I believe this review from Cathryn has been a bit harsh and has not provided ratings that accurately portray Eurella Views. At Eurella Views we have an Overall Rating of 4.5 stars yet this review gave us just 3. For Comfort we have an overall rating of 4.5 stars, yet this review gave us just 3. (Incidentally, in a follow up email to Catherine she commented – “your bedding and bathroom provisions were all good”) – yet we’re rated only 3 out of 5. And for Location, we have an overall rating of 4.5 stars, yet this review gave us just 3. Our past review headlines include - "Excellent property, location & service", "Great stay", "Great property", "Comfy and good view", "Great place", "This house was neat", "Great stay" ..... To comment more specifically to the review content, the entrance walkway at Eurella Views is just 2 metres from the street footpath and you can park on the street directly adjacent to the walkway. There is definitely not an inconvenience for luggage and grocery handling at Eurella Views. Eurella Views has been in operation for 6 years and this adverse comment has been the first of its kind. Unfortunately, the review comments I believe are misleading and make it sound as if the house accessibility is a long long way from the house entrance. To clarify our accessibility, on one of our property photos you can see our walkway entrance. The walkway landing next to the white pebbles is just 2 metres from the street footpath. As to the comments regarding lack of basic stock items in the pantry, Eurella Views is advertised as a self contained property and we make no promises with respect to providing food in the pantry. We do provide tea and coffee and anything that’s in the pantry that is long life, has been left there by previous guests. Our cleaners prefer to leave the products in the pantry as opposed to being wasteful and throwing them out. Prior to booking Eurella Views, our guest emailed questions regarding steps etc at the house because she was particularly conscious of accessibility and ease of facilities use for her elderly mother – who I understand walked with assistance of a walking frame. Perhaps the adverse accessibility comments are more related to her mothers’ ease of walking to the front door as opposed to handling luggage and groceries.

This house was very neat

Comfy and good view

Nice and quiet neighbourhood with good view and conveniently close to the CBD. Comfortably and beautifully furnished, fully equipped and spacious. Highly recommended.
