The fully self contained house also has polished floorboards, brand new kitchen that has all you need for cooking at home, and a BBQ.
There is an indoor bathroom and a fantastic hot and cold outdoor shower.
A great sized balcony for relaxing during the day or in the evening listening to the waves. A balcony off the master bedroom for a bit of a get away space.
*Enjoy the ocean views to the north out over the Bay and along the coast towards Injidup
*Watch the setting sun over the trees and sand dunes of the adjacent natural reserve to the west
*Let the breeze brush over you in the hammocks on the large balcony
* Take a short stroll to the nearby beach of the Bay, or shop
Relax in the Bay
Gracetown is situated between Yallingup and Margaret River.
It's a quiet little town that has safe swimming beaches ideal for the whole family especially kids, and awesome surf breaks for those more adventurous!
Gracetown has a local store and cafe and bottle shop.
Walk to the store in the mornings for fresh bread or muffins and the newspaper for a relaxing start to the day.
Grab a book and Relax in the hammock on the balcony.
Stroll a few hundred metres from the front door to have a surf, swim or snorkel in the bay.
Check out the many surf spots in close proximity to the house.
Rinse off in the outdoor shower in the peppermint trees.
Explore & Enjoy Down South
Gracetown is an excellent base to explore all that down south has to offer:
wineries, waves, chocolate factory, cheese factory, breweries, cafes, Margaret River, fresh produce markets, animal farm, horse riding.....its all close by!
Your imagination is your only limit for things to do in this area:
*Explore the beautiful long beaches a short distance to
*Swim, surf or skin dive at the beach or reefs of the Bay
*Hike along the Cape-to-Cape track, which passes through
Gracetown, up the creek, over the hills at the back of town or wherever you like
*Visit nearby wineries, brewery, olive oil farm, chocolate and cheese factories
*Head into the big smoke Margaret River for some fine
dining, markets or shopping
* Ride the awesome waves in the Bay or nearby on this great stretch of coastline
Mountain bike on the fantastic "rails to trails" track
* Potter in Cowaramup
* Play tennis at the Gracetown Club
* Play some music, do some reading
* Find an adventure and spread a little happiness.
You do need to bring your own linen.
There is no TV at the house by choice.
The yard is not fenced.
We'd appreciate you taking care inside of the floorboards (maybe leave shoes off!) and the walls when carrying bags upstairs.
We are on tank water (rain!) so please be water wise!
