Waterfront and ocean front property. There is a creek running North/South between our grass yard, the natural sand dunes and the Pacific Ocean. A footpath from the backyard leads to a good dunes path alongside the creek, then to a beach access footbridge. There is also a paved road so you can drive over and park by the footbridge for those who can't walk as well.
The sleeping/bathroom configurations are as follows upstairs:
Spacious master bedroom with a King bed, an extra long twin roll away bed and a bathroom with a shower.
Middle bedroom has three twin beds with room for a queen blow up mattress, or one twin rollaway bed. Two twins can be put together as a seamless king bed if desired.
Across from upstairs bathroom with a shower and a large jetted bath tub.
Third bedroom has a King bed which is two twins put together and a pack and play is in the closet. The cot is great for little ones in this room.
Bonus room has a queen bed.
Upstairs sleeper sofa is Queen sized and there is a featherbed in the master to top it with for comfort.
Downstairs has a pull out full sized sofa bed and there is a bathroom with a shower.
Please note there is no RV parking at any time. Please use RV parks nearby.
Our home's a true family retreat.
We are a finance manager and an artist with three kids and a dog. We love to spend time playing games together and enjoying each others company. We are passionate about music and cooking.
Tina purchased this house in 2011
When we are at the beach it is so fun to wake up in the morning and decide between a beach walk or a hot tub. We like things very clean, uncluttered and comfortable but not fussy or stark. My goal is assure you have an effortless vacation while staying at our peaceful Copalis Beach haven.
amazing beach, bird watching, whale watching, bigfoot has been sighted in the area, peaceful, remote, spacious, it is a short drive to family fun amenities or the Quinalt Casino. The home is also close to the Quinalt rain forest and the Olympic National Park. Our game room is so much fun you may not want to leave! The spacious upstairs allows relaxation while others play downstairs.
Wonderful place for us all to stay from ages 96 to 1!! Fantastic kitchen with everything needed!! Grocery just a few blocks away handy, fresh and unusual products. Extraordinary game room, hot tub, lawn games, and fire pit!! Beds/bedrooms/bathrooms very good with exception of quite creaky springs in bonus room ... really could change that out for a great improvement to that one sleeping area. Lovely furnishings and decor. SOOO SORRY we did not get our ducks in a row for 2017 ... hoping for 2018, though :) Wonderful owner helped with lots of tips on the area ... oh yes, the weather was overcast and cool except for the day we left, but even so we had enormous fun exploring the beach, cooking, relaxing, and gaming!! SO SORRY we didn't get out ducks in a row to get 2017 reservation ... will try for 2018, though!! :)
This was a great place to stay with friends and family. The game room was perfect for all our kids!! We plan to go back!!
Our stay at Tina's house in Copalis Beach was wonderful. There were 9 of us women. We had such a great time in the game room. We brought our own games, but didn't bother to play them as we had so much fun playing shuffle board, pool, and darts. There were deer and bunny rabbits in the back yard. We loved all the windows facing the ocean. There were plenty of beds so no one felt crowded. I would highly recommend this house.
One of the best vacation homes we've ever rented! This property has everything you'll ever need to have a great family beach vacation. I mean everything, sand toys, badminton, beautiful views, firewood, incredible hot tub, comfortable beds, towels, great game room, huge kitchen to create fantastic meals with everything you'll ever need and the best owner to rent from! We will be back for our next family vacation! Thank you so much!
Very clean. Lots of fun things to do. Good spaces for a large group.
It's really no wonder that this house is booked most of the year. Once you stay here you will plan to return. We stayed with four families that included 6 kids and 3 dogs! Everyone was comfortable and we had nearly everything we needed plus things we hadn't thought of!
Tina was quick to check-in, ensure we had all we needed, was available to answer all our questions and provide everything that we needed. Communication about the key features of the house was available on site, as well. The Kitchen is well stocked with tools for food preparation for the masses and everyone had a spot at the table. The kids loved the games and books available. Beds were comfortable, towels were plentiful and the washing machine was handy. The game room was a huge hit with the "big kids" and the easy access to the large private lawn gave us all options for play at any time from day into the night.
We are already planning for our next visit and look forward to making it an annual event. Thank you!
