Extraordinary treehouse makes for extraordinary memories!
About Eva Greene
Michael and Eva are Asheville natives and couldn't be happier to call Asheville home. They purchased the old farmhouse and cottage and transformed it in the "Carolina Jewel" . Fast forward a couple of years and the dream of building a treehouse became reality.
Eva Greene purchased this House in 2016
Why Eva Greene chose Weaverville
This property is located in one of the most beautiful valleys in North Carolina. The stream that runs at the bottom of the hills is music to my ears! In addition, the birds are amazing! Have you ever listened to the sound of a wood thrush? It is mystical and enchanting, usually only singing in the late summer afternoon.
What makes this House unique
The unique feeling of being supported and surrounded by the trees and then by the mountains is magical. The Treehouse is build of quality materials and is a masterpiece of artistic design and skilled ability. Unique designs from nature are incorporated at every angle. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with chef's knives and copper cookware, will delight every gourmet cook. The non-cooks will be glad to grill on the gas grill on the deck or use the micro -wave. No window treatments to block the view. Out of the windows each of the four seasons can be observed. Winter - the forest has a fresh coat of leaves carpeting her floor. The long range views are specular with the mountains turning a beautiful pink to purple as the sunset reflects against the trees. Spring - the mountains "green up" as the days grow longer. In the warmer valley the leaves come out first, then you can watch every day as the mountains green up! Summer - Thick green leaves. We have more varieties of trees than anywhere outside of the Amazon! Fall - Specular. Colors, colors, colors. Cool nights and warm days. Fabulous.

Oh My Goodness! What a Treat!
What a most adorable venue! Who doesn't love a tree house? Made me feel like a youngster again! This tree house is amazing and with so much living space! As an author, I was able to simply get "stuck in" working on a project and what a fabulous place to write! The tree house was exceptionally clean with all of the amenities you will need. The views were lovely and just the atmosphere of being in a beautiful tree house was amazing! I had several email conversations with Eva and she answered all of my questions in a timely manner and her husband Michael met me upon my arrival and provided a grand tour of the tree house! The mini vacation was so relaxing! I would rate this venue because of its uniqueness, cleanliness, atmosphere, service/communication by the owners well over 5 stars! Definitely Highly Recommended!
Great experience....unique and a great getaway.
Owner was great to deal with and process was
Smooth and the end result was more than expected.
Terrific little jewel of a home !!
This place is like a fairy tale home in the woods - VERY nicely appointed with superb details EVERYWHERE. While Asheville can be the bigger draw for foodies - don't be tempted, Weaverville has enough to satisfy - and it's a great little home town place to stroll around too...
This place really lives up to its name. The setting is beautiful, the treehouse is wonderfully decorated and the management super helpful and accommodating. We loved it.
”Wow factor” when we first pulled up to the tree house. Amazing feat of treehouse engineering- so impressive! The deck is huge and the views even bigger. We brought the cold weather with us from North Dakota and it was too cold to hang outside during our stay in November. We’ll be back in warmer weather. The inside is very cool with sections of trees from the property cleverly incorporated. All the amenities you could need are there- full kitchen, satellite tv, central heat and AC.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others.
Vacation in the Trees
Really enjoyed the stay at this treehouse with my wife and two kiddos. Great advice by Eva on where to eat in Weaverville and things to do in the area. Heated floors in the bathrooms was well received and the Serta adjustable foam vibrating bed was great. My wife never wanted to leave. Would go back again.
Experiencing the Tree Castle is enough of a reason to visit, however, there are so many great activities and attractions that you may have to pull yourself away!
