Extraordinary treehouse makes for extraordinary memories!
About Eva Greene
Michael and Eva are Asheville natives and couldn't be happier to call Asheville home. They purchased the old farmhouse and cottage and transformed it in the "Carolina Jewel" . Fast forward a couple of years and the dream of building a treehouse became reality.
Eva Greene purchased this House in 2016
Why Eva Greene chose Weaverville
This property is located in one of the most beautiful valleys in North Carolina. The stream that runs at the bottom of the hills is music to my ears! In addition, the birds are amazing! Have you ever listened to the sound of a wood thrush? It is mystical and enchanting, usually only singing in the late summer afternoon.
What makes this House unique
The unique feeling of being supported and surrounded by the trees and then by the mountains is magical. The Treehouse is build of quality materials and is a masterpiece of artistic design and skilled ability. Unique designs from nature are incorporated at every angle. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with chef's knives and copper cookware, will delight every gourmet cook. The non-cooks will be glad to grill on the gas grill on the deck or use the micro -wave. No window treatments to block the view. Out of the windows each of the four seasons can be observed. Winter - the forest has a fresh coat of leaves carpeting her floor. The long range views are specular with the mountains turning a beautiful pink to purple as the sunset reflects against the trees. Spring - the mountains "green up" as the days grow longer. In the warmer valley the leaves come out first, then you can watch every day as the mountains green up! Summer - Thick green leaves. We have more varieties of trees than anywhere outside of the Amazon! Fall - Specular. Colors, colors, colors. Cool nights and warm days. Fabulous.

This magical treehouse was everything we expected...and more! Eva is a wonderful and very communicative host, so we felt well prepared for our stay. She provided awesome recommendations to us as well, all of which were perfectly on point. And the treehouse itself...they truly thought of everything! every little detail was so wonderfully panned and decorated. After exploring the local area each day, we found ourselves just wanting to go back and and just enjoy being among the trees! The views are glorious, and Eva even dialed up perfect weather for us. ;)
Our kids (11 and 8) loved exploring the property, venturing down to the creek each night. playing games on the deck and racing up and down the walk. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us. The outdoor shower was a total bonus - we didn't use either of the indoor ones!
Weaverville was a great town at our fingertips, just a few minutes away. The restaurants....wow! Each was better than the next. But again - all adventures ended back at the treehouse as a family. We wanted to squeeze every last minute out of our time there!
We had the best time and would love to return. If you visit, listen to Eva's recommendations - she knows her stuff!
Relaxing in the treetops
Hard to believe it’s a tree house other than the climb up the hill from the parking area. Very peaceful and relaxing! We will be back.
So much fun
This was our second year in a row staying here and we ALWAYS have such a fun time in the trees! The location is nice and the tree house is wonderful. Thank you for helping us to forget about our work and letting us have some paradise for a few days.
My wife and I had a wonderful time. Eva gave us some great trips on what to do in the area. The treehouse was amazing. It was on my wife’s bucket list to do and now may have to be a regular adventure.
Mike and Rachel Pocisk
The treehouse is even more amazing in person! Every amenity and detail was first class and Eva was wonderful to work with. Travelled with my husband and 2 teenage daughters. My girls loved the loft and the turret area and the hammock, I loved the outdoor shower and gazing at the breathtaking view of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the rocking chairs on the incredible deck. I rated the location and neighborhood 4 stars because the house, while not directly on the road, is close enough that you can hear the cars passing by while out on the deck, which made it less peaceful for me than expected. Other than that, the location is fantastic: 10 minutes to the town of Weaverville (which had a nice July 4th block party and fireworks), 20 minutes from Asheville, and just a few miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Overall, a truly magical and memorable experience. Highly recommend!
