We lived in this apartment eight days on May. Photos of flat are real. The apartment has everything you need. Quiet, clean and comfortable. In walking distance to two subway stations, cafe and shops (including those working 24 hours). No problems with parking. Thank you Kenny. He helped us and was very friendly. I recommend apartment of Kenny to anyone who wants to see New York and save a little money.
Stayed there for 8 nights.
Very nice appartment, well equipped.
Will come again.
Nice place, great location. Easy access to train to get to the city. I stay there for 8 days with my sisters we had fun. Looking forward to stay over there in the near future :)
I am writing this even if we never stayed at this apartment due to dubbelbooking. unfortunately we never received the info because we were already traveling from Finland to the US when this occured so we showed up at the street where our host Kenny was waiting for us. he was the best! he arranged a place for us to stay and drove us around showing places, took us to the store and even drove us to our daughters place in BK because we could not check in because they had to clean the "new place". this I call 5 star treatment and caring for your customers. too bad we could not stay in his place but he found us another lovely host instead so we were happy!! thank you again Kenny for super service and your kindness. brgds from Finland
The listing looked exactly as depicted in the pictures. The property was very clean and well worth the price. The exterior of the building looked a little ruff but the interior was very nice and clean. The owner Ken is awesome. He was very helpful and available if needed. I would recommend this to others. I rated it a 4 star but would highly recommend it for the price.
Due to home renovations my husband and I had to relocate. We live in the area of this rental. The apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully appointed. The apartment is tastefully decorated and the bed is comfy. There is a washer and dryer conveniently located in the hallway. Kenny, the owner, is available to answer questions and fulfill requests. The apartment is located near a major subway line and great restaurants are within walking distance.
This property was beautiful, well decorated, clean...quiet, and the perfect size for my birthday get-away. Nestled in Brooklyn with a corner store with EVERYTHING you might need if you get snowed in, helpful neighbors where they actually KNOW each other, this property is well maintained and had everything we needed! I had a question about the heater and the owner responded right away and was very helpful with any requests. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family and I look forward to staying here again in the near future. You might say it was too good to be true, but nothing went wrong besides the snow storm, and that wasn't even bad because they shoveled the walkway! Cable and wifi...you can't lose. I read reviews to help me decide...consider your search OVER. You've found your 'gem'!
We do not provide tours of my rental apartments. This is, in part, because they are almost always occupied by other guests. Also, for the privacy and security of our guests, we do not disclose the physical address of the location until you have booked the apartment. Brooklyn is very large borough and it is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that this area is right for them and their needs before booking. If you are unfamiliar with the location, the nearest cross-streets are Bainbridge Street and Lewis Avenue. The apartment is 1 and 1/2 blocks away from the A express and C local subway lines at Utica Avenue, and 15 minutes from Manhattan.
