Great Apartment - Amazing Location!

This apartment was perfect for our family when we visited Melbourne last week. The apartment is comfortable, really well equipped in the kitchen, etc. and Melanie was super sweet and helpful. The location is amazing - we knew the Flinders area was supposed to be fun but we had no idea about Hosier Lane and the incredible street art there. Loved this place!

Good Property

The property is very well maintained and Melaine is very helpful with all your question. It is in a great location to everything. The only down fall it is a very noisy unit due to lane way at the back the air condition from the restaurant below and the vent from across the lane I now understand why there are ear plugs. I think you need to be very mindful of this his you have low tolerance to noise. As we had to leave the property and asked for a refund for the other two night but was declined, as Melaine said we should have told but this outside of her control so I think people need to know first about this so they can make up there own minds if this property is right for them.

Owner's Response: A neighbouring properties newly installed unit, located several meters away from the apartment, malfunctioned during the guests stay and was repaired once the owner was made aware of the issue. It was unfortunate that the guests did not inform us until they had already departed the property, after already staying several nights, giving me no opportunity to notify the owners of the unit or even time to attempt to book the property on the remaining 2 nights so l could provide a partial refund as per our terms and conditions. General city noise is a normal part of residential inner city living and the apartment is a very well priced quality 'residential property' available for short term accommodation not a high cost luxury hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights and everything was perfect especially the location. Close to anything you could need and tram stop right out the front. Was great for our footy and wine weekend. Great communication with Melanie made the whole trip run smoothly and she really cared about making our stay a good one. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others

Excellent location. Melanie extremely helpful. Everything you need and more! The only downfall was the noise from the tourists visiting the artwork lane directly outside the window. Melanie did warn us though and is looking to put in double glazing. Thanks for the earplugs.
