Nice little cottage in quiet village, with all the necessities.
Very comfortable cottage nicely kept by the very friendly owners. Nice kitchen and bathroom. 2 minutes into Dunbar town, 25 minutes by train into Edinburgh
Very warm welcome - beautiful cottage
We absolutely loved our time here. The cottage is cosy and quiet with a lovely big open fire. The beds were very comfortable and we had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. The location is great, a very small village which had stunning scenery, but is only a few miles away from town when needed. We would definitely stay here again.
Nice to have another satisfied group of guests
Everyone seeme to love the place.
Our host was the most affable, accommodating and informative Scotsman you could imagine. The cottage is extremely comfortable and well equipped. It is well situated, with easy parking, just down the road from the Dunbar ASDA. Easy day trip by car or park and ride to Edinburgh; Dougie will give you all the details!
Pure pleasure to stay
First of all , thank you Douglas and Catherine for the very warm welcome and that we could stay at your lovely house .
The house is beautifully decorated, a nice big kitchen, very nice bathroom, cozy living room and beautiful bedrooms .
The house is located in a little quiet village , but only a stone's throw away from shops , restaurants and train station at Dunbar and under a half hour away from Edinburgh .
But the best of all for us and the dogs the many opportunities for lovely walks at the amazing beaches and beautiful country side .
Everything is easygoing , perfect for a perfect holiday .
We are very happy that we will stay here again in July .
Counting the days .
Thanks again , see you soon , kind regards Melanie , Klaus , the dogs and the girls
