My husband and I have traveled the world and have settled down in one of the sweetest small towns. Fantastic restaurants, theatre, live music, museum, history, ski resort, art, wine tasting just to name a few of the magic that Ashland offers. We have enjoyed amazing inns, hotels, and we decided to offer a spectacular accommodation to guests who want similar qualities.
The property has high ceilings, custom designed from orginal paintings to hand picked cherry wood floors. Easy flat work to the entrance of Shakespeare (6/10 of a mile). The rooms are bright light airy and quiet. We have a beautiful garden you can visit that adorns cherry trees, wild flowers, birds, and butterflies gracefully tour the colorful backyard.

We take so much proud as you will see as you enter the beautifully decorated modern/Italian motif.
My boyfriend and I frequently visit Ashland from Portland to take in some plays at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. For our trip in June, we chose Porscha's studio. What a great escape! The temperature was in the 100s while we were there, and I can assure you the A/C in this unit works wonderfully!!!! It cooled off enough outside in the evening that we were able to enjoy a bottle of wine in the beautiful and peaceful garden. Don't be surprised to have deer come for a visit! It was a touch too far of a walk to the theaters for us. It might have been the heat, but it's more than a mile walk. The pictures are a perfect representation of the whole place. The bed is very comfortable, spacious bathroom with great water pressure in the shower, and good quality towels. The kitchen has pots/pans/utensils, and the all important wine opener and glasses! Nice tv with easy to use remote, the couch was a comfortable spot for us both to unwind before heading to bed, and the wifi worked great. Porscha was so wonderful to work with before and during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful place with all of the comforts of home. We have been to Ashland many times and usually stay at a bed n breakfast. This year we thought we would try something different and we were not disappointed. The studio was open airy with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. When the sun comes up the room is very bright, this is great if your an early riser but if not you may want to bring a sleep mask. We look forward to returning
We enjoyed the beautifully finished studio apartment and well supplied kitchen. There's even a washer dryer which would be great for longer stays. We found the location inconvenient for walking to town and the beds too soft for our taste. Off street parking and air conditioning a plus as well as cable TV. Landlords were very responsive.
One of my favorite places ever! I can spend hours in their beautiful garden, sipping wine or coffee, depending on the time of day. Very clean, romantic, comfortable. Pack less; everything you need is there. Very conveniently located, flat walk to town.
Turn key is a perfect description of this studio apartment. The best supplied kitchen regarding cooking utensils I have found in any of the homes we've rented in Ashland. That's important to me because we are gluten free and eating out for every meal is not really an option (although Ashland has quite a few choices!).
The distance to the theaters was farther than listed in the description, just over 8/10 of a mile and average walk time was 17 minutes. But the walk was nice, even late at night after an evening performance.
If it is just the two of us coming to Ashland (without our sons) as we did this trip, we would definitely stay here again. We want to take advantage of the free wine tasting in Jacksonville! we had plays both afternoons we visited so could not do that this time.
This studio apartment was awesome. Large, full kitchen and bathroom with laundry and super clean and comfy.
We had an extended stay here while attending the UBI course this summer. Porscha's studio was perfect! Beautifully appointed and suited all our needs. Easy bike ride into the heart of downtown from here. A/C is a blessing in the 90-100+degree heat of July in Ashland! Porscha and Rick are gracious and accomodating hosts. The only minor drawback is that the wall to the adjoining unit is not particularly soundproof, and therefore, activities can be heard easily. With that said, I still highly recommend this lovely studio, and would stay there again!
