A new heater will also allow you to dry your towels. A new sink, mirrors, storage places, and new towels are also available to ensure that you won't miss anything. To optimize comfort and privacy, restrooms are separated.

  • The main bedroom was completely renovated last month with a touch of elegance and modernity. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed and a dressing. Mattress are high quality and in BULTEX great comfort and firm, treated by Proneem, hypoallergenic assets, non-irritating, anti-mite, antibacterial. Duvet, pillows, and blanket are also provided. The bedroom combines space and comfort, conviviality and privacy, and allow glowing streams of light to make your stay the most satisfying. In the living room, the very spacious and comfortable sofa bed can be opened easily with one hand and no difficulty every evening. The bed linen will be provided, and you even do not need to make your bed as we will prepare the bed linen for you! All you will have to do is open and close your sofabed in one hand! Sleeping in the living room can be also enjoyable as you will also benefit from the flat screen to watch a movie before going to bed!

You will benefit from the air conditioning during summer and centralized heater during winter. Cool (in summer) and warm (in winter) temperatures will ensure a agreeable stay anytime of the year. The gourmet kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Are provided dishes, utensils, pan, stove and much more... Stanless steel appliances also include hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer. Sitting on comfortable high chairs, you can take a nice breakfast by the bar in the Kitchen every morning. In the well lit living room, spacious, elegant and cozy, you can have a really nice lunch or diner seating in comfortable chairs by the modern designed table as if you were at the museum in the gallery of modern art. You can also savor your coffee or tea by the coffee table and also appreciate the flat screen TV fully HD with access to international channels, the DVD player and home cinema. Wherever you are in the apartment you will have wireless and high speed internet access.

Je voulais mettre bien plus que 5 étoiles! L'appartement est en excellent état, avec tout ce qui était noté sur le site. En plus, plusieurs bonnes surprise -- la qualité était haute, il y avait beaucoup de verres/assiettes/plats de cuisine, etc (souvent dans les appartement à louer c'est très minimum...), tout marchait parfaitement, plein de crochets et des barres porte-serviettes pour les affaires mouillées (très rare que ce soit hôtel ou appartement). Guillaume est très accueillant, facile à contacter, et prêt toujours à aider avec des avis ou autre. L'emplacement est très bien, prêt du centre ville, et juste à côté de la grande piscine. Arrêt de tram tout près aussi. Très très recommandé!

I wish the website would allow me to put more than 5 stars! The apartment is in excellent condition, with all the amenities as advertised. In addition, lots of nice extras -- quality was high, there were plenty of dishes (some apartments are very sparse), everything was in great working order, and plenty of hooks and racks for wet things in the bathroom (this is very rare in any hotel or apartment). Guillaume is an excellent host, easy to contact and flexible, ready and willing to help and explain the region. Location is excellent -- not far from the center of town, right next to the pool complex, and a very close tram stop. Highly recommended!

Great apartment in Montpellier in excellent position

We had 4 days in this apartment. We were over an hour late to arrive because of a delay in our plane but Guillaume waited for us in the apartment and came out to greet us and direct us into the car park. He was extremely helpful and showed us everything in the flat and gave us advice on shopping, restaurants etc. The flat was immaculate and had everything we could need. The bed was extremely comfortable and the curtains provided very good blackout. There was no noise and we slept very well. The lounge was very good and there was a large TV with numerous satellite channels (a bit limited in English to news but fine as we had little time to watch TV). It is in an excellent position with walks to one side taking you to the river and some restaurants (we did not use these as they were chains and looked uninteresting) and on the other taking you to the centre of this beautiful city (about 15 minutes at a gentle pace). There were some excellent restaurants within a short walk which we enjoyed. Parking was under the block of flats and was a bit tricky to access until you got used to it. Overall this is an excellent apartment to use if visiting Montpellier.

The apartment has everything you could want and is located in a quiet part of town. Easy to get anywhere in town and to get away as well. Guillaume is a great host and helps get you settled which was wonderful.

Clean and modem apartment in a quiet area with easy access to the center of town via a six minute walk or a three minute tram ride. Comfortable bed, luxurious linens, fast wifi, and a well equipped kitchen make this a great choice for a stay in Montpellier.

Excellent Stay

My wife and I stayed at this apartment for one week during May 2016. The couple that owns the property dealt with us directly from start to finish. The financial dealings were straightforward. The owners have a keen eye for detail and the apartment lacked for nothing. It is in an excellent location, a short walk to the Old Town, groceries, good restaurants, tram lines, municipal pool, etc. The building is very secure and would be difficult for an unauthorized person to gain access. We enjoyed taking walks around the Lez River after dinner. If we come back to Montpellier we would definitely plan to stay at this apartment again.

Recommend this apartment for a stay in Montpellier

This apartment made for a wonderful stay in Montpellier. It is exactly as the pictures show: Clean, great amenities, and a wonderful location. It is so close to the tram and to shops that we were able to get around easily. We walked everywhere from here and also took the tram to the train station. Linh and Guillaume are friendly and so helpful. They were very flexible as we arrived on a holiday and stayed for five days. Guillaume provided a thorough walkthrough and gave us a great orientation to Montpellier. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. We loved Montpellier too. It offers interesting sites and is a great walking city. It combines lovely traditional city sites with modern areas too. We loved eating in the restaurants in Place de la Comedie. When we visit again, we will definitely ask to stay here.

An amazing and privileged location between the central public library called Emile Zola (aka the writer), the greatest swimming pool of the city, and the most attractive square called 'place de Thessalie', dominated by the Fountain with neoclassical sculptures. You will enjoy the proximity of old town Montpellier, great choice of restaurants, pastry shops, French boutiques and access to Malls: Polygone, Galeries Lafayette , Odysseum. Nearby, les Halles Jacques Coeur offer fresh foods. On Sundays, there is a Farmer' s market where are sold bio and fresh products. All public transportations are very close by. You have a quick and easy access to train station (10min walk or 5min by tramway), Highways A9 (5min drive), and Airport (10min drive by cab and 15min by a direct airport shuttle. You can go to the beach by car (15 min drive) or by public transportations (20-30min). This place provides both high standing and proximity of exciting things to do!
