Very well equipped and located

Perfect location, very clean, well equipped, very friendly host. Perfect stay
well equipped, modern 1 bed apartment in Antigone on fourth floor with lift, private parking (but don't get talked into an upgrade at the car hire desk as small car definitely better in this basement parking) and perfect wifi. Very comfortable bed, modern bathroom with endless hot water, central heating or air con. Fully equipped kitchen if you felt like eating in. No outside space but fully pedestrianised square with fountains immediately below apartment . Close for airport shuttle drop off at Place de Europe, trams, Olympic swimming pooland 5 mins walk to the Comedie. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby but apartment was quiet at night. High standards of security in the apartment complex. Guillaume takes such pride in his accommodation and it really shines through. His apartment feels like a home but with cleanliness and facilities of a 5 star property. It's rare to find that sense of being in a home and not a commercial let, yet everything was to a high standard, fully equipped and spotlessly clean. This is a very professional letting. Guillaume was a pleasure to deal with. He was so friendly and welcoming and helpful. A real benchmark for how homeaway can connect travellers with high quality accommodation and friendly hosts. Parfait ! Perfect !
Je voulais mettre bien plus que 5 étoiles! L'appartement est en excellent état, avec tout ce qui était noté sur le site. En plus, plusieurs bonnes surprise -- la qualité était haute, il y avait beaucoup de verres/assiettes/plats de cuisine, etc (souvent dans les appartement à louer c'est très minimum...), tout marchait parfaitement, plein de crochets et des barres porte-serviettes pour les affaires mouillées (très rare que ce soit hôtel ou appartement). Guillaume est très accueillant, facile à contacter, et prêt toujours à aider avec des avis ou autre. L'emplacement est très bien, prêt du centre ville, et juste à côté de la grande piscine. Arrêt de tram tout près aussi. Très très recommandé!
I wish the website would allow me to put more than 5 stars! The apartment is in excellent condition, with all the amenities as advertised. In addition, lots of nice extras -- quality was high, there were plenty of dishes (some apartments are very sparse), everything was in great working order, and plenty of hooks and racks for wet things in the bathroom (this is very rare in any hotel or apartment). Guillaume is an excellent host, easy to contact and flexible, ready and willing to help and explain the region. Location is excellent -- not far from the center of town, right next to the pool complex, and a very close tram stop. Highly recommended!
Great apartment in Montpellier in excellent position
We had 4 days in this apartment. We were over an hour late to arrive because of a delay in our plane but Guillaume waited for us in the apartment and came out to greet us and direct us into the car park. He was extremely helpful and showed us everything in the flat and gave us advice on shopping, restaurants etc. The flat was immaculate and had everything we could need. The bed was extremely comfortable and the curtains provided very good blackout. There was no noise and we slept very well. The lounge was very good and there was a large TV with numerous satellite channels (a bit limited in English to news but fine as we had little time to watch TV). It is in an excellent position with walks to one side taking you to the river and some restaurants (we did not use these as they were chains and looked uninteresting) and on the other taking you to the centre of this beautiful city (about 15 minutes at a gentle pace). There were some excellent restaurants within a short walk which we enjoyed. Parking was under the block of flats and was a bit tricky to access until you got used to it. Overall this is an excellent apartment to use if visiting Montpellier.
Relaxing dans Le sud de France
The apartment has everything you could want and is located in a quiet part of town. Easy to get anywhere in town and to get away as well. Guillaume is a great host and helps get you settled which was wonderful.
Comfortable and clean
Clean and modem apartment in a quiet area with easy access to the center of town via a six minute walk or a three minute tram ride. Comfortable bed, luxurious linens, fast wifi, and a well equipped kitchen make this a great choice for a stay in Montpellier.
It is ideally located at the center of the emblematic neighborhood of Montpellier, the well-known Antigone. The architecture is inspired from Ancient Greece style according to the architect Ricardo Bofill. An amazing and privileged location between the central public library called Emile Zola (aka the writer), the greatest swimming pool of the city, and the most attractive square called 'place de Thessalie', dominated by the Fountain with neoclassical sculptures. You will enjoy the proximity of old town Montpellier, great choice of restaurants, pastry shops, French boutiques and access to Malls: Polygone, Galeries Lafayette , Odysseum. Nearby, les Halles Jacques Coeur offer fresh foods. On Sundays, there is a Farmer' s market where are sold bio and fresh products. All public transportations are very close by. You have a quick and easy access to train station (10min walk or 5min by tramway), Highways A9 (5min drive), and Airport (10min drive by cab and 15min by a direct airport shuttle. You can go to the beach by car (15 min drive) or by public transportations (20-30min). This place provides both high standing and proximity of exciting things to do! The area offers the perfect environment to have a pleasant stay in Montpellier. It highlights the greatest alliances of the sun and beach, river and mountain, nature and urban life.
