I am energetic, happy, caring and fun loving Austinite. I was born in Croatia and got to Texas as fast as I could!
Lucija purchased this estate in 2009
The house has the feel of a very private retreat. It is so peaceful and relaxing, yet all of Austin's fantastic entertainment is easily accessible.
The vaulted ceilings in the master bathroom are truly unique.
The villa is superb. This place turned out to be exactly what we wanted, a calm and quiet place to enjoy a relaxed weekend with friends. The villa is in Austin mountains amidst wilderness. The house was very kept and clean. The interiors, the backyard, the kitchen everything was perfect. We had fun doing the trails near the house followed by a perfect barbeque meal in the evening in the backyard. The owner Lucy is a very sweet and considerate lady.We were 10 adults with a kid and a baby. Lucy didn't charge us extra for the lil ones :) Also we had some issue with the AC in the house but she was very prompt to resolve the problem and make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. I have already recommended this place to few of my other friends.
Our family hosted Thanksgiving here, and the setting could not have been more perfect! The homeowner is so gracious and had everything ready for us to walk in and celebrate together. The location in Austin had everything to offer. We will definitely be back and make this our destination home whenever we have an event in Austin!!!!
Can't tell a book by it's cover and this home has to be seen to be appreciated. I must say I wasn't prepared for the approach of this home, but it is a well kept secret. It was full of surprises. We had 10 people staying there, each having our own bed and our own space to find privacy. The nooks and crannies were so appreciated. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It does have a lot of steps so not real handicap accessible. The outside was delightful to spend some evening time under the Texas stars listening to the sounds of nature. I would definitely return to this gem and highly recommend it for a large group. It was also very convenient to restaurants and shoppin. Lucy was the best hostess taking care if our needs and even putting up a christmas tree to enjoy.
This is a very nice home, elegantly appointed, fully equipped kitchen and an amazing view. The Master Suite is fabulous. the owner was very accommodating.
We really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean & comfortable, accommodating 8 in our party. A great location in west Austin, easy to downtown & everywhere else we went!
We stayed here for the second straight year and we'll be looking for an excuse to make it three in a row. It is pure Austin. Roomy, great for a large group, very private and yet a quick and easy hop to all that Austin has to offer. And you will never have a more amazing host than Lucy!
