The house is freshly renovated and the back yard is fully fenced to keep the little ones in. There is a wall mounted large screen TV (55 inch, not featured in the current photos) and unlimited broadband NBN. The local shop is under new management and now has a liquor license and a variety of great take away foods. The local park can be accessed directly from the back yard without crossing a road.
Myalup is a quiet, secluded little beachside town off the Old Coast Road just over an hour from from Perth and 35kms north of Bunbury. It is surrounded by the ocean, lakes, national park and a fresh water stream, adding to its uniqueness.
Myalup is well known for the stunning white sands on its beach that stretches for over 15km. Loved by 4WD and fishing enthusiasts as well as those looking for some time out and beautiful sunsets.
It is an ideal place to getaway with your family, stay for a quiet holiday or use as a base for day trips to Busselton (1 hour) or to Ferguson Valley (30min).
There is a boutique brewery (Old Coast Brewery) and Myalup Vines winery, both less than 5km away.

Sit back and enjoy your time away in this charming country town.
Try some 4 wheel driving or fishing at the beach. The beach is also popular for swimming and boogie boarding. Alternatively, relax and watch the sun set over the Indian Ocean with some fish and chips from the general store.
The town park is just a stones (or tennis ball) throw from the house. It is shaded by mature trees and has tennis courts, a half-basketball court and play equipment. It is great for a game of cricket or just to relax on the grass.
The neighbouring national park and lake system have walking tracks and are excellent for bird watching, wild flowers and home to kangaroos.
There are two local wineries and the Old Coast Brewery / cafe / restaurant within a short drive.
There are golf courses at neighbouring Harvey and Binningup.
Bunbury is only 35km away and Harvey and Australind even closer. All have supermarkets.
This relaxed holiday home has 4 bedrooms, air-conditioning and a large outdoor patio. It is big enough for two small families. The back garden is fenced and the property is surrounded by native gardens.
The interior of the house has been recently updated to give a more modern feel with fresh paint and some new décor.
Three of the 4 bedrooms have queen or double beds and the fourth has two single beds. It comfortably sleeps 8 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped and a BBQ is located on the back patio.
