Located on the 30th floor of the iconic Q1 building in Surfers Paradise, this one plus bedroom apartment faces south with views from the ocean to the hinterland.

It has one large bedroom with King size bed, plus 2 single beds in the plus section.

It is air conditioned, has full cooking facilities, SPA bath, 2 TVs (one large plasma), FOXTEL movie package, & DVD player.

All resort facilities are available which include 2 large outdoor pools, indoor heated pool, heated spa pool, games room & fully equipped gym with sauna & steam room, and BBQ area. 8 person cinema room is available for hire.

A Day Spa is located in the complex, as well as poolside cafe. The patrolled beach is located just across the street, and a short walk to will get you to the heart of Surfers Paradise. There are ample restaurants and cafes nearby, including The 4217 warehouse development with Salt Meats Cheese and Brooklyn Depot Burgers

There is a single car bay allocated to the unit which is secured by electronic key entry.

The LIGHT RAIL station is at the front of the building and can take you anywhere from Broadbeach to the Gold Coast University Hospital. This includes Pacific Fair and Australia Fair shopping centres, as well as the Broadwater Parklands.

Please note that any booking is being made directly with the owner of the apartment.

The apartment is cleaned on arrival only unless other arrangements are made with the owner.

The deposit is non-refundable and is not paid into a regulated trust account.

Please note: this is a NON-SMOKING unit.

This apartment is professionally cleaned, managed and maintained by the Q1 resort.

Check in is done via the main reception in the foyer.

Spacious with great views

We had a great time at Q1. We were pleasantly surprised at how big our apartment was and although not on the sea view side of the building, the views over the river and hills and south down the coast were amazing, could have looked out at the view for days. The apartment was beautifully clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. Our son loved the spa bath!

The swimming pools look beautiful, with great outdoor space including bbqs for guests to use. The gym is well equipped and over looks the pools. Thursday nights is $12 burger night at the poolside cafe, get in early or reserve a table.

Buffet breakfast on the 77th floor is amazing, and well worth it, and guests can also get a discounted lunch deal from the tour desk which includes lunch and entry to the observation deck, available from 11am till 5pm.

The Q1 is a very short walk from bustling Cavill St, which means that the area around the Q1 seems pretty quiet, but good for getting a good sleep! The tram stops right outside Q1, get cards/tickets from a 7-11 and comes every few minutes.

Parking under the building is straightfoward and easy, just like the accommodation. Thanks!

Fantastic apartment with lots of space. View was incredible - could see the water and all the way across the hinterland (including the beautiful mt warning). Will book again for sure!

Great stay, thank Shane. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay including a lovely view of he sea and across surfers paradise. Nice bathroom and seperate bedroom. Modern and clean apartment. We will be back again!
