Delightful accommodation in a very quiet tree lined street, close to a beach on the Derwent River, the Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania and an easy walk to Salamanca Market. Perfect for one or two couples, tastefully renovated with stylish kitchen, comfortable lounge with gas log fire, digital TV, modern bathroom. Reverse cycle air conditioning. Fully equipped for self contained holiday living. French doors open to a lovely stone walled private courtyard.

Bathroom facilities:

The bathroom has a full sized bath as well as a walk in shower. Floor heating makes the bathroom comfortable in winter and there are overhead heatlamps for extra warmth. Lots of fluffy towels provided as well as full laundry facilities for your convenience.

Bedrooms

The main bedroom has a Queen Sized bed with good quality linen, electric blanket and a TV. The second bedroom has a Double Bed with quality linen and electric blanket as well as a wall mounted panel heater. Extra blankets are on site to ensure you are warm and cosy.

Sandy Bay shopping precinct is a 5 minute walk away - Coles, Woolworths, pharmacies, banks, and all types of restaurants too numerous to mention! You can grab a take away and eat in or enjoy a local restaurant and stroll home and enjoy the cosiness of the house.
