Set over two levels it can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests in space & comfort. Located just a short walk to the beach, Casino, Convention Centre, transport to Theme parks & all of Broadbeach's 70 restaurants & shops you have everything at your doorstep while living in a private waterfront oasis. The kids will have plenty to keep them occupied with a pool table cubbyhouse, sandy beach area & pool while the Rumpus Room comes complete with Playstation 3 and DVD. This excellent value home is superbly located, well appointed & equipped with all you need.


With multiple living areas it is a great option for those wanting convenience, space & comfort. Set over two levels the 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms can accommodate up to 15 guests if required. The spacious open plan living overlooks the pool, waterfront and the stunning night time skyline of Broadbeach. You can fish from the jetty or play pool in the rumpus. The home is air-conditioned for your comfort and has a 2 car garage with off street parking for an additional 2 cars.


There are 6 bedrooms with 4 upstairs and 2 downstairs - see floor plan. The main has a, large ensuite with a double shower and enormous walk in robe. The downstairs bathroom also has a double shower and separate toilet while the main bathroom has a shower, toilet and bath. The layout and bedding configurations give multiple options for families or groups of friends to holiday together easily.

The spacious modern Kitchen is well equipped with all you need for your holiday, including a built-in Coffee Machine and large butlers pantry. You have alfresco dining by the waterfront and there is also formal dining inside overlooking the pool.


There is a jetty for fishing or boating and the kids will have plenty to keep them occupied with a cubby house, sandy beach area & pool while the Rumpus Room comes complete with Pool Table, and Playstation 3. The pool and waterfront are fully fenced.


This home is situated in a premier location only 10 minutes walk to all that Broadbeach has to offer. Broadbeach is well known as the best location to holiday on the Gold Coast. With the fantastic restaurants and cafes, shopping, nightlife, Casino and Convention centre and of course our beautiful beaches it is the perfect holiday destination. The home is central to all the Gold Coast has to offer.

Refundable Security Bond: $1000 - done as Pre Authorisation on Credit Card.

There is a 2 car garage and secure parking for an additional 2 cars on the property.

Great propert for an extended family holiday

We had a fantastic week here. Located within walking distance of The beach, Pacigic Fair, Jupiters and the light rail. Close to a great cafe (Grocer & Grind). The layout is great for a number of families - two separate living areas, bedrooms with lots of sleeping combinations, big kitchen and dining area, play areas at front and back as well as pool and direct access on to canal for kayaking and fishing.
