Location.......Location 5 mins walk to both Four Mile beach and the restaurant strip on Macrossan Street Port Douglas.
The townhouse is fully self contained and fully air-conditioned. There are 2 bedrooms with one double and one queen bed. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is downstairs with it's own small patio and garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven,dishwasher and microwave. The lounge area goes onto both balconies where you can sit and relax overlooking the pool. The fully equipped utility room and car port are downstairs where you enter the property.
Perfect if you want your own space in a non resort setting without breaking the budget.

Port Douglas is the place to relax all year with the drier season May to October having warm clear days and balmy nights. The wet season November to April has bursts of tropical rain but plenty of warm sunny days with seasonal waterfalls and a natural environment that thrives in the climate. The rain-forest and reef meet along the coast between Port Douglas and Cape Tribulation and Great Barrier reef tours commence from Port Douglas daily. The local Low Isles allow you to spend a day snorkeling from a small tropical beach and be back into Port Douglas as the sun sets over the mountains behind the harbour. Macrossan street has many different restaurants that suit different budgets and tastes and allow for a relaxing evening after a day on the beach or out exploring the wonders of North Queensland.

Comfortable, spacious, affordable. Great Location!
Townhouse is the first of 8 in the complex, each with own garage and utility room.
This one is the only one with direct pool access from the private courtyard and balcony overlooking pool area. We spent 10 nights here with our two teenagers and the layout is perfect with main bedroom downstairs and second room (kids) was upstairs. Kids room had double bed so they had to share the space. Not a problem for us but may be for others so consider this before booking. Also a stair barrier is fitted at top of staircase to use if staying with young children or in my case, clumsy teenage children. Bathroom/toilet on both levels however basin in ensuite to main bedroom is half size and washing face without mess was a little tricky. Perfect for basics ie., washing hands, brushing teeth etc. A few things needed addressing whilst our stay here including, initial cleanliness, leaking warm fridges, and broken washing machine, however, communication with the owner Jeff was quick and problems rectified without a problem.
* A quick note on the fridges. There are two bar size fridges in this property, one in the kitchen and one in the utility room in the carport/garage. If you plan to do most of your cooking or buy lots of food during your stay (ie. fresh fruit, veges and dairies), then storage may be a problem. We used and bought often to remedy this and kept most food items in the house fridge. Drinks, icypoles were kept in the outside fridge.
Awesome verandas both sides of upstairs level with drying racks for wet clothes, as well as ample seating and tables for balmy tropical dinners and brekkies. It's perfect!
Communal pool shared amongst all residents though only one other local joined us for the occasional dip throughout our stay.
Few minutes walk to Four Mile Beach, surf club bistro and five minutes walk to main shopping strip with abundant bistros, cafes and restaurants.
Overall a great and comfortable affordable, spacious townhouse for four people with all the amenities required, perfect location, without the crowds of a resort and expensive price tag. Will definitely stay again :)
We really enjoyed our week here - we had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and to the town so location was perfect. The townhouse was clean and again had all the necessities.

We had a wonderful stay here! The Location is perfect 5 mins to the beach and Main Street. The pool was a delightful retreat that my teenage children made great use of. Will definitely return.

Good value for money
Good location easy walk to town and beach The . Balcony all the way around the property is a nice feature . The main bathroom we couldn't get the shower to work so we shared the ensuite in the 2nd bedroom. Geoff the owner was very nice to deal with and enjoyed our time in Port douglas.
