Nice Quiet Relaxing Weekend

  • 5 of 5

Some friends and I wanted to have a nice chill weekend and this house was perfect for it. We drove the very close distance to downtown Annapolis and returned to relax at the house afterwards. The house is comfortable and clean with a very nice back yard connecting to the water. Would definitely return.

Beautiful Waterfront Property

  • 5 of 5

We rented the house for a football weekend in Annapolis for our family of four. The listing was accurate and the house shows very well. Two bedrooms and one bath upstairs as well as a family room with TV and computer. Downstairs is a huge living room with windows looking out on to the water, half bath, master suite, separate dining room. The living room opens onto a large deck. A basement opens out into the backyard. This home has a ton of outdoor space perfect for entertaining a large group. The house is near the Naval Academy Golf Course - away from the bustle of downtown on big Annapolis weekends, but close enough to easily enjoy all of the amenities offered in downtown Annapolis. The home is situated on the water down a long gravel drive. Very quiet and secluded with a lot of outdoor space for entertaining. The owners were responsive and flexible throughout the booking process and our arrival at the property occurred seamlessly and without issue. I would not hesitate to book this home again and fully intend on making it my first option for my next weekend away with family!

Maddison

  • 5 of 5

I rented this house for a relaxing bachelorette party weekend. Most of us girls lived in the surrounding areas, but this house still felt like a vacation with beautiful views of the water and wildlife. A buck would visit us every evening at dawn! The owner allowed me to dock my boat at her pier and we were able to make a few trips out and under the Bay bridge. When we weren't on the boat, we were relaxing and swimming off the dock. Needless to say, we had a wonderful time! I would recommend this home for families visiting the area or even families looking for a weekend getaway on the water. Thank you for being so accommodating to our needs!

Wonderful home right on the water

  • 5 of 5

My group had a spectacular time in Annapolis. The house was great with plenty of space, both inside and out. Close to the city and to the water, you couldn't really ask for better. Thanks to the owner for making things easy and hope to be back!

Lovely Spot, Perfect for a Family Gathering

  • 5 of 5

This was an absolutely perfect house for our family reunion during Commissioning Week. We all were pleasantly surprised that it's even nicer than the pictures make it out to be. The floor plan is great for entertaining, with the large deck, views, and huge yard for the kids to run around. The owners were very easy to work with, and responsive to all our questions. Even with our big group, it never felt crowded. Close enough to the Naval Academy/Downtown Annapolis to be convenient, but out of the way enough to feel cozy and private.
