HUGE SPECIAL DISCOUNTED prices on the website for this ABSOLUTE WATERFRONT larger DELUXE apartment overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Mt Warning in the distance.There is nothing in front of you except the ocean and the dunes and no other apartments in sight. (Please note this is not a smaller dual key apartment which is what most of the apartments are at Mantra. A dual key is a hotel room and a 1 bedroom apartment which when combined makes a 2 bedroom apartment. These can be rented separately and there is a common foyer area between them.)

This is an ABSOLUTE BEACHFRONT DELUXE apartment at the VERY FRONT of the resort. You will be able to obtain cheaper accommodation rates within the resort however the rooms will be considerably smaller and in vastly inferior positions.

This apartment has been recently upgraded by the owners to 5 star status by the provision 2 new Plasma televisions, a new DVD player with a variety of DVDs for your enjoyment, a new CD player and a variety of CDs for you to play while you are on holiday, new furniture and furnishings, new kitchen equipment including a new dishwasher, new crockery, cook wear and glass wear, a library of great books, beach chairs and an umbrella and a variety of games for your enjoyment if the weather is inclement.

It is a very UPMARKET WATERFRONT HOLIDAY APARTMENT unlike others in the Resort.

The apartment is located on the SECOND FLOOR in the southern arm of the Mantra Complex at Salt, Kingscliff. This affords it the most SPECTACULAR uninterrupted 270 degree views as the photo shows. To the side is a beautiful view of Mt Warning with its spectacular sunsets. The 13 kilometre patrolled beach right in front has the most beautiful white sand which is ideal for surfing, swimming, jogging and walking.

Apartment features

2 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large open plan kitchen, living and dinning area all looking out over the vast expanse of the Pacific Ocean

The two large bedrooms both have state of the art stone en-suites.

The master bedroom features a king size bed off a large ensuite with its own plantation style spa bath to soothe those limbs after a day exploring this beautiful area.

The second bedroom features two joinable king single beds and opens on to a second large private balcony.

The open plan living and dining area look out over a large expansive balcony to the Ocean and are supplied with NEW outdoor furniture and sun lounges. .

The apartment is fitted with all new and modern appliances and privacy is afforded by retractable plantation shutters throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, stove and a brand new dishwasher, as well as brand new appliances for cooking and all cutlery.

The Salt precinct

The Salt precinct has been designed for your enjoyment. Restaurants in the area range from 1 hatted 'Fins' and the Peppers Restaurant, to family friendly Italian, Thai and Sea Salt Pizzeria. There is also the Saltbar bistro for very affordable meals. Something for everyone when you need a break from apartment cusine. Within a 2 minute walk is an IGA supermarket for supplies, a hairdresser, a great bottle shop, the Salt bar and the best Gelateria in Australia. Sitting just behind the resort is a DaySpa, located at the Peppers resort. Enjoy all the pampering this outlet offers from massages, facials ect. To the rear of the complex lies the Cudgen Creek which is a wonderful, safe location for fishing, swimming, boating or having a creek side barbecue.

Bikes and swimming equipment can be hired from the resort.

Park your car in the secured underground parking, you may choose to leave it there for your whole stay, as everything you need is right on your doorstep.

Salt is perfectly poised to be your base for exploring the best of what the region has to offer. It is located a short 15 minute drive from the Gold Coast Airport. A 30 minute drive south sees you at Byron Bay and the same drive north will see you in Surfers Paradise. The amazing north coast hinterland with its famous Mount Warning is within a 45 minute travel and Brisbane can be reached in 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Spacious apartment with a beautiful ocean view

We loved the apartment and had a great weekend in Kingscliff. The 2 bedroom apartment is enormous and both bedrooms have large ensuite bathrooms. The bathroom for the main bedroom has a separate shower and lovely deep bath tub. I had a few relaxing soaks in the tub and it was wonderful. There's a beautiful view of the ocean from inside the apartment and balcony. The deck chairs on the balcony are very comfortable and we spent a relaxing morning soaking up the warm winter sun and looking out over the ocean. We loved the apartment, the view and the location. We're looking forward to coming back soon.

Beautiful apartment, lovely ocean views/sounds

My husband and I and our 10 year old have a lovely 2 night stay. When my 10 year old walked in he said "wow this place is huge" and was so wrapped when he found out he had his own room with own ensuite just for him. The apartment is beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. The beautiful views and sounds of the ocean made us feel very relaxed. So much to do at the resort as well . Robyn was very kind to let us have a later checkout on our departure day too.

Wonderful kid-friendly huge beachside apartment

We just had the most amazing time staying at Mantra Kingscliff. The apartment is the perfect location, very private and quiet and right opposite the stunning Salt Beach.

The space is huge loads if room for 2 adults and 2 kids, plus more if you needed. It's very kid-safe too. We had no concerns with our 22 month old. It;s in perfect condition, very luxurious, bright, light and clean.

Owner keeps refundable deposit

The cleaner stated that there was damage to a cupboard that was not evident the last time she cleaned. This person DID NOT clean the apartment after the last people left, before we arrived. We are at the mercy of a mendacious cleaner who is covering up for a previous mistake on her behalf. Be aware... be very aware.. they have your credit card details and you have no say.

Owner's Response: This review is vexatious in the least My cleaner has the photographic evidence of the damage which is very noticeable and would not have been missed in the previous clean. Also the apartment took my cleaner 4 hours to clean as they left it in dirty and in complete disarray. This is a beautiful top of the range absolute waterfront deluxe apartment which we keep to the highest standard I suggest that anyone wishing to stay read the reviews from other guests This is a sad reflection of someone not wishing to pay for damage caused during her stay. I took $100 from a $300 bond to pay for the repairs that cost $150. It is a pity some people don't take responsibility and I might add that this is the 1st time part of the bond has been kept to pay for repairs. Very disappointing.
