Located in a lovely neighbourhood with all facilities close at hand, you can stroll down to the river in 10 minutes or drive into Perth City centre and King's Park in 10 minutes.

Comfortable and well equipped townhouse!
Excellently located with beach, train station and shops nearby. Well equipped with all you will need for a family holiday. Owner is very friendly and provided helpful tips with places to visit etc. Would definitely recommend!
Great Location, Very well Equipped
From the moment we arrived we felt at home here. It is a really well equipped house, particularly the kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms and sitting room. Nice outside area at the back with gas bar bq. It feels very secure and ample enclosed parking for 2 cars, bikes etc. WI Fi is very good here as well.Highly recommend this house and last but not least Melanie looks after everything in a friendly and efficient manner
Perfect Place in a Quiet Suburb
Awesome place with everything provided to make you feel right at home. Firstly, there was hassle free check in and check out. Owners were very quick to respond even late in the evening. Lots of toys and books for the little ones. Fully equipped kitchen. Rooms were tidy and clean. Walking distance to Supermarket for your daily needs. Short distance to some of the greatest beaches in Perth.

This property was perfect for our needs with our little granddaughter. The location with proximity to groceries, train, river and beach is ideal. The townhouse is well equipped, secure and quiet.
