Clovelly is a spacious and comfortable family beach house with extensive living areas inside and out. Set on over 3 acres of fully fenced beachfront bushland with direct views of the Freycinet peninsular. Nine Mile Beach is a family and dog friendly beach where dogs can run, walk and swim safely without being on a lead.

Reverse cycle airconditioning/heating, ceiling fan and a large wood fire to keep you comfortable all year round.

The nearby township of Swansea is a flat 20 minute walk via the beach or a 5 minute drive away where you can stock up at the supermarket, bakery and bottleshop or enjoy the cafes and restaurants.

Bring your own beach towels.

Clovelly Beach House is approximately a 1.5 hour drive from Hobart Airport and a 1.5 hour drive from Launceston and is an ideal base to explore Tasmania's East Coast. Freycinet National Park and Wineglass Bay are approximately a 50 minute drive from Swansea and are considered to have some of the finest bush walking tracks in the world.

For something less strenuous there are many wineries, cafes and restaurants in the area or just sit back on the deck and enjoy the views and the sound of the ocean at your doorstep.

Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. The rental charge is for domestic use and not commercial use. Use contrary to this will result in termination of tenancy and forfeiture of bond. All bookings are subject to Terms and Conditions.

Minimum stay is 2 nights from November to March.

BOND: A security bond of $600 is payable on this property and is not negotiable.
