About the property

Clovelly Beach House is located in Dolphin Sands with absolute beach frontage and private direct access onto Nine Mile Beach. The house is set on over 3 acres of fully fenced beachfront bushland with direct views of the Freycinet peninsular, Hazards and Maria Island. Come down through your own gate onto Nine Mile Beach and enjoy the pristine safe waters of Great Oyster Bay where the kids can safely run, swim and play all day. Nine Mile Beach is a dog friendly beach where dogs can run, walk and swim safely without being on a lead.

Clovelly Beach House has reverse cycle airconditioning, ceiling fan and a log fire for those cozy relaxed evenings.

The nearby township of Swansea is a flat 20 minute walk via the beach or a 5 minute drive away where you can stock up at the supermarket and bottleshop or enjoy the cafes and restaurants.

Clovelly Beach House is approximately a 2 hour drive from Hobart and a 1.5 hour drive from Launceston and is an ideal base to explore Tasmania's East Coast. Freycinet National Park and Wineglass Bay are approximately a 50 minute drive from Swansea and are considered to have some of the finest bush walking tracks in the world.

For something less strenuous there are many wineries, galleries, restaurants and bars in the area or just sit back on the deck and enjoy the views and the sound of the ocean at your doorstep.

Third Bedroom - 2 Single beds and a set of Bunk beds (total 4 singles) with built in robe

Full main bathroom with separate bath and shower located downstairs

Ensuite to master bedroom

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven and hotplates, two spacious refrigerators, bread maker and large pantry

Separate large laundry with front loading washing machine, clothes dryer, clothes airer and ironing facilities (washing detergent and fabric softener supplied)

Open plan lounge and dining room with reverse cycle airconditioning and flat screen TV and DVD player

Second lounge room with wood fire heating, TV and Xbox

Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. The rental charge is for domestic use and not commercial use. Use contrary to this will result in termination of tenancy.
