This home provides wide open plan living with five bedrooms, four bathrooms and four separate indoor and outdoor living areas. It includes a large games room with a full size billiard table, TV, and Sony Playstation 3. Directly off this area is a a very private sundrenched swimming pool within its own private entertainment sanctuary. On the waterfront the fabulous 14 metre long timber deck provides spectacular Gold Coast waterfront views while you just lay back and soak up the sun on the outdoor lounge or in your relaxing built-in OUTDOOR HEATED SPA.


A well equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso coffee machine, opens out through bi fold doors to the adjoining outdoor lounge and entertaining area on the waterfront. There are two outdoor dining areas for your choice. On overlooking the sparkling in ground pool and another alongside the BBQ with extended views along the waterway.


The huge master suite incorporates a large ensuite with spa bath, walk in wardrobe and balcony with stunning water views along the canal towards the Casino and Broadbeach. There are three other bedrooms on this level, another one with an ensutie and all with balconies. There is a full bathroom on this level while downstairs there is another bedroom and bathroom.

Good for a large family's vacation.

There were 12 of us staying for Mum's 90th Birthday, including five children aged from 11 to 5 - the pool and spa often kept them amused and busy.

When not in the water, they were playing on the sandy canal beach or any one of many rooms including a Rumpus Room with pool table. Room for everyone.

The ground floor laundry room was a godsend but we did not realise we had to bring our own towels; there were far too few supplied for our numbers even though this information was clearly detailed on our emails and application.

With pool, water sports, beach activities etc., we reasoned that for the price of a week's booking, there should have been a far more plentiful supply available.

Other than that, we had an enjoyable week of celebrations.

Amazing location 2 mins walk from Pacific Fair shopping centre. But the cleanise of the place need to improve and the images which was display on the site was far difference from the property. Improvement of the property need to be better.

Owner's Response: Dear Tan Thank you for your feedback on the property - it is in a great location and many families have loved the home. As you are aware this was a last minute booking for you and we are in the middle of refurbishing the property hence the difference between some of the furniture versus the photos. Once completed we will have it re photographed. During November we refurbish and spring clean the properties for the busy holiday season and we halted this to be able to provide you with accommodation as requested. Excellent house in a top location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Serenity. It was a 2 family reunion with 7 adults and we couldn't have asked for better. Well equipped property with great views and plenty of room! Would definitely recommend it.

Amazing Location

The location of this property is amazing, you have direct views of the casino, and you are very close to everything you require for your stay, there are plenty of places to eat out nearby, but if you wish to save some money and cook, there is a massive shopping complex within walking distance.

The house itself was very nice. The floors are clean, the beds are comfortable, and pool and spa were clean. The dishes on the other hand were disgusting, everything we used had to be washed beforehand. We did cook in some nights, but with 11 people the options of large cookware was limited. I had one big pot, there needs to be more added.

Internet access was woeful. Not sure who set this up but its amateur. The wireless access point is in the pool table room. Which is located at the front of the house. Which means you get a pretty poor signal anywhere else, and it constantly needed to be rebooted. The place needs an IT professional to go in and properly set it up to make sure there is coverage throughout the house.

All speakers in the house are disabled. This is most disappointing, so much money invested in having such a system. Yet we get punished because of people miss using the system and getting noise complaints. Which means your left with some little portable Logitech speakers, which by the way, could be used outside at full volume to disturb the neighbors anyway. So I fail to see the point in disabling the speakers in the house. If people are going to be noisy and not mindful of the people around them, they can do it anyway.

So now you are left with the TV speakers to watch movies, but the speakers on the TV are terrible. You need to turn the volume all the way up, but the quality of the sound is below average. You could have at least left the 2 speakers in the wall setup to the TV????

The pool table needs to be fixed up a little, the felt on the table has been torn, and its not level. Which just makes it frustrating to play on. No point in having it, if you don't maintain it.

Overall its a good place to stay. We enjoyed our time there, but the place needs some work. When I pay a premium price I expect everything to be on point.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your feedback Matt - glad to hear that you found the property good and you enjoyed the location. Just to clarify a few of your points the sound system for the house is not connected and this is not only out of respect for neighbours (as noise does travel very easily on the water) but also we find guests staying for a few nights find normal TVs are sufficient.. We would have been more than happy to provide you with any other cooking utensils you required if you had asked - we do restock the properties regularly and we value the input from our guests on what they think would work better. In terms of any issues of cleanliness again if you had advised us we would have sent the cleaners back - this is not an area that we would compromise on. The pool table is a large slate table and was professionally installed so we are pretty confident that it is level however we will have it checked. As I'm sure you can appreciate it is not cost effective to replace the entire felt of the table for the small tear that is on the side of the table at the moment. We will monitor this and if it becomes an issue then it will be replaced. The internet is provided FREE of charge and should not have needed to be rebooted constantly - we would have sent maintenance to check on this or contacted Telstra if you had let us know as this is not normal to have to reboot.. For the cost of $58 per person per night that you paid for this home we feel it represents excellent value - we are sorry that you did not contact us during your stay so that we could have rectified the small issues that you had that could have been easily fixed and perhaps made you happier with your stay. Excellent Property
