Luxury apartment of 50 m2 in a 'character building' with a private terrace, tastefully renovated.
It is on the second floor of a four storey building, access is secured by a double door with code and tag. Very bright, it has all the modern amenities. Unlimited Wi-Fi and phone calls to USA, Canada and several countries in Europe offered.
Very quiet, it is ideally located near the Place de la Madeleine and its market which takes place every other day. (Spices, food, decor, clothing, etc.) and the Cours Mirabeau to live off the life of Aix while having the benefit (optional) a secured parking lot covered and closed in the building.

The perfect suite for a couple wanting to spend 1 or more weeks in Aix
This suite has it all, size, natural light, quiet, all amenities (washer/dryer, dish washer, full kitchen, microwave oven, parking, comfort, etc...). No barbecue.
It's 1 short block from Cour Mirabeau (shopping, restaurants, people watching, markets), rue de l'Italie (food shopping), moments from closest patisserie/boulangerie, museums. galeries, shopping streets.
The living /dining room is large, the dining table seats five (we entertained for dinner on 4 occasions).
The washroom is efficient, bedroom is large, with closets and drawers, you seem to be able to "move" in permanently.
It overlooks the garden, so is very quiet, and has a balcony that can seat 4 easily.
All of this in the center of Aix's wonderful organised chaos, with a wonderful, available and patient owner (Jean-Francois) with a great sense of humour: we recommend it highly, and will return to it should we go back to Aix.

Location!! Quiet!! Clean!!!
We spent two weeks here while studying French at IS. This apartment was well furnished, comfortable, has secure parking, is so close to Cour Miribeau and old town, and my favorite is the cool and quiet summer patio! We studied and ate all meals there. Don't let the security deposit turn you away! They are just very proud of this beautiful apartment.

I would like to point out that it is the French law and more specifically the tourism code that establishes an inventory, a condition report and a security deposit. The security deposit is related to the value of the goods (sofa, table, etc.) and is returned to you when you checkout if nothing is damaged.
Tranquil, well-equipped, central apartment, 100 metres from the restaurants on Cours Mirabeau
This modern-style apartment with a small balcony is on the second floor (with a lift) and overlooks a quiet leafy courtyard (so no street noise). We found it comfortable and well located for restaurants, boulangerie and supermarket. It is 100 metres from the eastern end of Cours Mirabeau and about a kilometre (15 mins walk) from the bus station (from which buses can be caught to the TGV train station (every 20 minutes), to Marseilles (express autoroute buses run every 10 to 20 minutes) or Bus No 110 to the villages beside La Montagne Sainte-Victoire). The bathroom has a good shower. The kitchenette work area is somewhat confined.

This is a great choice for a place to stay in Aix-en-Provence. It is quiet, roomy and bright and comfortable.
The location is perfect!
The small terrace is usable all day because it never gets full sun.
The owners are gracious and thoughtful.

The apartment is in great condition, in a good building located perfectly in the centre of Aix-en-Provence.
This is literally right in the middle of the best that the Aix centre has to offer, and is easily accessed via road and public transport. The on site parking is a bonus, which makes this the perfect place to stay to visit the region.
The owner is a great guy, who speaks perfect English for those of us whose French is imperfect.
A lovely place to stay. The location is superb. Only 2 mins to Cours Maribeau. When I arrived the apartment was spotless. The kitchen is very well equipped. Very important with all the wonderful markets in Aix. During a very hot spell of weather the apartment stayed cool and comfortable. The building is well maintained, quiet and very secure. I would highly recommend staying here.
At the heart of the historical center of Aix-en-Provence, close to the Cours Mirabeau, and a few minutes from the theater of the Archdiocese, the Granet Museum and the Grand Theatre de Provence (GTP): T2 rent furnished standing, very quiet, with the possibility of parking in the building.
