The Best in Big Sky Hands Down!!!!

  • 5 of 5

We are veterans of Big Sky, specifically Cowboy Heaven. Knowing this place as we do, we had extremely high expectations. These expectations at every turn were met or exceeded. From the appointments in the house to the ski in ski out, you can do no better. There is one aspect to this house that you do not find out about until you have begun the process of renting it. That is how extremely responsive, truly concerned, and detail oriented the owner Jeff is. This isn't some rental company that fits you into their schedule, but a hands on individual who truly cares about you having a good stay on your vacation. An absolute top shelf experience from start to finish. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Exactly as Advertised

  • 5 of 5

Exactly as advertised - great property in great condition with great mountainside location. This home is modern and well laid out with lots of room for a larger family or a group of friends or even a small group that likes to stretch out. Brightly lit with plenty of windows and excellent view. We had a great family ski week at this home and would definitely come back.

A Sweet and Memorable Family Vacation!

  • 5 of 5

This lovely mountain home is a wonderful vacation spot and we will return soon. We have previously rented other properties on the mountain and this is by far our favorite. We had several nights just the two of us and had family members (ranging in age from 6 to 60) come and go throughout the week. Everyone was thrilled with the accommodations (en-suite bathrooms make a big difference) The kitchen is very well appointed with high quality pans, baking/serving pieces, dishes, cooking utensils, wine glasses ,etc. For us, this particular feature was important as we enjoyed cooking in most nights. We were toasty warm, despite freezing temperatures outside there were no drafts and the interior temperature remained steady. While we visit Big Sky often in the summer this was our first winter/ski experience. What can we say other than AMAZING! Having a true ski on/ski off property made our introduction to skiing here particularly special. An easy jump onto the scenic trail (out the back door) and you are at the lift in 5 minutes. From Madison you have easy access to the entire resort. Skiing back home was just as straight forward. We enjoyed the Apple TV, wireless, fireplaces, multiple humidifiers, warm décor, candles, comfortable 'mud' room for getting ready, large garage and everything else. Oh, I almost forgot the views. The stargazing from the hot tub is indescribable. If you haven't seen the Spanish Peaks you will see them directly from the couch - spectacular. Can't wait to go back.

Great Father/Son Ski week

  • 5 of 5

This mountain home was just as billed. Very well appointed including lots of kitchen amenities. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and an easy ski in/ski out access. Loved the heated garage for my rental truck, especially when the snow fell. My son and his buddy loved the hot tub on the deck---super easy access even on the coldest of nights.

We had four in our group allowing each of us our own bedroom and bath. Could easily have accomodated twice that number of guests. This property was everything it was claimed to be and then some. The view from the living space was spectacular. Would recommend to any of my family and friends and fully expect to return myself some day to enjoy again!

Excellent family vacation home

  • 5 of 5

This mountain home is exactly as described in a beautiful setting. We stayed a week and it went by too fast. We enjoyed hiking (especially Beehive Basin and Ousel Falls) and activities in the area including white water rafting, zip lining, ropes course, horseback riding, the lone peak expedition and a couple of day trips into Yellowstone. We spotted a moose in the Moonlight Basin area as well as on our way to Yellowstone along the Gallatin River. The kids loved the loft in the home along with the great supply of games (board, cards and electronic). The kitchen and eating area were very nice. We loved having a washer and dryer, plenty of bathrooms and wifi was a plus. The hot tub on the desk was a nice treat too as well as the areas to sit outside and look at the lovely views. We definitely recommend this home to others. It is truly a beautiful place. In addition, the places to eat in the surrounding area are terrific. We really enjoyed Olive B's, Buck T-4 and the Gallatin Riverhouse. A fun and memorable family vacation was had by all!
