This beautiful condo located on the 9th floor is on Forth Myers Beach. Seven miles of sugar sandy beaches and lots of fun things to do. Wake up to view the sunrise from your bed.
Direct access to your seven mile beach and the Gulf can be reached by walking. This condo does not directly face any other condo, so it is extremely private.
This sparkling condo has been updated and refurnished. It is light, refreshing, and bright with its magnificent views of Bay, Gulf and Fort Myers Beach, give you so much more to look at. You'll feel refreshed and renewed after your visit. A free Wi-Fi is included in the unit.
There is a king-size bed with a new queen sleeper sofa for a third or fourth guest. A divider wall pulls out for privacy. It has all you need for an enjoyable vacation.
Directly across the street is Santini Marina Plaza, at which there are a number of stores,
including a drug store,a stationery store with a U.S. Post Office,
outlet,a hardware store,a bank, awesome restaurants, a marina with boat
rentals, gift and clothing stores,a book store, etc.
There is a trolley which
stops near our complex that takes you to Time Square., so come on down and experience it for
yourself. The fare is 50 cents. Pincher's Restaurant is four condos down with an
outside restaurant/tiki bar on the Gulf and they also have scheduled live entertainment.
The complex grounds are private and beautifully maintained with open
lounge areas by the pool and the property. There is a nice grassy
area also for children to play and barbecue available for cooking!
We would definitely recommend this property to friends...The property was exactly as expected...very comfortable, clean and well stocked with towels and beach supplies...of course we never sit for long so we didn't use anything except the towels. We loved being so close to the marina and enjoyed kayaking in the bay. We rented bicycles for 4 days and liked that there was a place to keep them secure. So much fun riding to Lovers Key and on the beach to Time Square....The Pool was perfect for relaxing at the end of the day and we felt welcomed by all we encountered. We appreciated that Joe was very prompt with his emails and we were given very detailed instructions about the condo, this helped us feel confident upon arrival.
We booked this condo from the UK for our special trip to South West Florida. The owner Joe made us feel very secure in our booking and his communications are first class. After our drive from miami, access to the condo was smooth and easy and we were delighted with the close proximity to the Santini plazza. The condo itself was very clean and well looked after. It was a perfect size for us as a couple and I loved the open plan layout which gave a feeling of space. The condo was also very well equipped with quality beach chairs etc. I had restful sleeps every night which I am sure is due to the comfortable matress We enjoyed some great conversations at the pool with other residents and everyone made us feel welcome. As for Fort Myers beach we have certainly found our paradise and will definitely be back and having looked the length of the island we would not have found a better condo or position for the money. Finally Joe mailed our return deposit promptly after our return. Thanking you for sharing your lovely condo with us Joe and we can't wait to come back.
This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this condo. It is really a great location in reference to the beach. With its own pool and private beach it is very convenient. The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need including beach chairs and an umbrella. Kitchen also has everything you need. It is located across from the Santini Plaza which has everything from restaurants to clothing stores. The view from the condo is great. Joe is also a pleasure to work with. We have already booked for next year.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for a week and had a wonderful time. The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. All the necessities were provided from linens, towels to tennis rackets and beach chairs. The beach is a short walk from the condo and there are restaurants and shops directly across the street, which was handy. Joe was really great to work with and we would highly recommend staying in this 9th floor condo. Thanks Joe for providing a comfortable and relaxing place to vacation.
A lovely condo. Exactly as described, Very clean. We booked this at the last minute and Joe was very nice and easy to work with. The beach access was steps away. I would recommend this property.

A Processing Fee for Paypal will be included in the cost at 4%Paying by check avoids the 4% convenience fee AND you will not have to pay your entire rent amount many months in advance. Rent checks are due 60 & 30 days before occupancy. Only the $200 refundable deposit is needed to hold your reservation.
