Nicely appointed and pretty much lived up to its billing. Enjoyed the neighbors and the overall experience of the neighborhood. Super easy getting to downtown from this location. Sherman was prompt and very helpful with his communications. We are happy to have stayed here.
over all the home was ok , it had some wear and tear on it but it meet our needs. Hot water was great and AC was awesome. We really couldn't figure out the TV down stairs but I'm guessing batteries . Noise level was low.
Peaceful, spacious, clean and safe!
We spent four days here with my 81-year-old dad, my husband and 2 grown kids. Had a fantastic experience. Sherman is super helpful, prompt, and kind. We loved the free parking space. The street & neighborhood is diverse and safe. Plenty of stuff to cook a meal. A 10-minute Uber to the Mall & downtown. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks, Sherman!
Family DC trip
We enjoyed our stay thoroughly but had a ton of trouble locking the door. Per the manager there had been damage done to the door a week prior to our stay and it hadn’t been completely fixed. Other than that we had a great time in the house and cooked a lot.
Very spaciois and clean. I was nervous after reading all the reviews of this neighborhood being possible unsafe but was glad to find out that is untrue. Always felt safe. There is an excellent cafe called Big Bear where I had breakfast everyday, only 5 minutes walking. The walls are quite thin but I think that's the case with all these older townhouses. I would recommend this place.
