This 3 bed-roomed apartment , which sleeps 6, is located on the first floor with lift of a 19th century building. It is large (85 sq mtrs), was refurbished in October 2007. Ceilings are high, each room has an original french door or long window. There are two balconies , one south facing, the other north facing. These features, combined with reversible air- conditiong ensure an airy, light filled comfortable apartment. All the bedrooms are large and can be used as twins or doubles. The living area is big and comfortable, the dining area has large table with seating for six. The main bathroom is large, there is also a separate 2nd WC with shower.
The kitchen has a ceramic topped cooker with full oven and grill. There is a washing machine, separate condenser dryer, dishwasher and multi-function microwave as well as the usual small kitchen appliances.
I also supply a travel cot free of charge.
Suitable for breaks throughout the year
Explore the Cote d'Azur: Cannes is an ideal base to do some exploring. Hop on the train to Monaco, Menton, even the Italian Riviera. For the serious walker there are a number of graded, sgnposted walks a short distance but another world away from sophisticated Cannes.
Maybe you would prefer to relax on the beach, only 3 minutes away. You can avail of our 3 comfortable beach chairs & our 6 beach mats that are there for your use.
There are at least three golf courses within a 15 minute drive of the apartment. It is possible to swop the beach in cannes for skis in one of the ski resorts, a journey that takes 90 minutes from Nice by puplic transport. Very reasonable daily rates are available that include ski passes.

We were immediately struck by the ' French ' feel of this apartment, So many apartments that we saw could have been in any part of the world. Also having seen quite a number of pokey flats, it's size was a huge plus. Add to that its location & the apartment was irresistible. The fact that the apartment had 2 WCS & 2 Showers sealed the deal.

LOCATION, LOCATION. LOCATION In my estimation & in speaking with repeat clients, the main benefits of our apartment are it's Location & Size. You are on the street that lies between Rue d''Antibes & the railway station. Everything is within walking distance Beach, Palais, Old Town. In furnishing the apartment I wanted to retain the Frenchness & yet create a home from home.

Great Property in a great location.
The property was clean and well presented throughout with high ceilings and light airy rooms the air conditioning and wi-fi was a bonus. A superb location no more than five minutes from the station and the beach. Something for everyone at this resort you can spend as much or as little as you want. Great sandy beeches, we took a day trip to Italy, Monaco on the TER service, also went to Nice, Menton and believe me the beeches in Cannes are far superior. If your bored of sunbathing all day then hit the shops, whether designer or local market stalls in the old town this resort has everything. The local bus service at 1 euro 50 the ticket is validated on board and lasts for 59 minutes from when you got on the bus and you can change buses as many times as you like. We took the train to Ventimilia for the Friday market, one adult paid 16 euro for the Zhou pass and the remaining 4 adults costs 10 euros and the journey took 1 hr 15 minutes. Some restaurants on the sea front were expensive but the property is situated in the bustling Rue Hoche where you are located right at the heart of French café culture, we loved our stay, the weather was fantastic and the owners representative in France, Arnold was a real pleasure to meet, we only had to call him out once because of a problem with the TV / Wi-Fi connection but it was easily resolved, the welcome pack on arrival was second to none - we will definitely be returning. We caught the Eurostar at Ebbsfleet International at 6.00 am, and then the TGV from Gare de Lyon to Cannes arriving 15:30 and on the beach by 4.00 pm.
A perfectly located appartment to enjoy the beaches and the shops of Cannes
We had a great time in this appartment. It is perfectly located, very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. And it has anything you might need, like sheets, games, etc.
Great place super location
I stayed here with two friends for 11 nights. We met up with the owners associate at the apartment and were brought through the apartment and all was explained. Everything worked and was easy to manage. The location was important to us and from the travelling I have done this apartment really is superbly located. Grocery Shop, Shops, Beach and Train Station are so near. The Public Bus is a short walk, but we mainly travelled by train. For location with amenities on your doorstep, bed room size, all the equipment, equipped kitchen, (and the nice touch) French doors in the bedrooms. And most importantly value for money, this apartment is really worth it. **Tip if you are travelling to more than one place via the Train on the same day, purchase a Zou Pass at the Train Station for €15.00. You can make multiple trips for no additional charge.
Great centrally located apartment in Cannes!
This flat is superbly located both for business and holiday. It has 3 big double bedrooms with nice comfy beds and 2 bathrooms. It is very clean and the service provided is excellent. Wifi works fine. I have stayed twice now and will return. I have been to Cannes more than 30 times and have been renting various apartments, this is one of the best I have been in!
A very convenient apartment
Central place from everything. specious apartment. We are a family with 3 kids of 14, 11 & 4 yrs old. There were dvds & tv channels for kids & grownups; board games. There are also books if you want to have a quite night on the balcony. The balcony is overlooking a very nice street. There is a picnic set/bag with glasses, plates & all. There are umbrellas & folding chairs for the beach. I was hesitant to stay in Cannes because we were roaming a lot & visited many villages but the convenience of the train station (right behind) was a plus. Arnold (the local agent) is a true star. Very friendly & very helpful. The place is equipped like I’ve seen no other.
Only one point, the kitchen / kitchen appliances were not clean at all! That was the only negative point in this place. I would definitely give it a 2nd chance though because everything else was super.

The apartment with everything.
Our party consisted of 6 ladies of a certain age who all thought the apartment was excellent. The bedrooms were large even with twin beds and two adults in each. The linen was spotless. The living/eating space is not huge but perfectly adequate for our needs and we ate in several nights. Very close to the apartment are the station, two fresh food markets, a supermarket, an Irish pub, loads of cafes and a carry-out pizza place. The beach and the "posh" hotels are also on the doorstep. The beds are comfortable, the rooms quiet and there is a lift if necessary. I have never stayed in better supplied accommodation. It even had fresh flowers for our arrival. We had one little hic-cup when the dishwasher leaked but was dealt with immediately by Arnold the local agent. The favourite meal was in Le Caveau near Le Suquet where we got a superb set menu meal for 26 euros. I have no qualm about recommending Patricia's home from home flat.
Apartment is located on Rue Hoche, a partially pedestrianised street in central Cannes, which is bustling with activity during the day but very quiet at night. There are a myriad of cafes, bistros and tea-shops on the street. The street is typically french with lots of small shops. Cannes main shopping area, Rue D'Antibes,is around the corner from the apartment. Le Suquet, the atmospheric oldtown, is a few minutes walk away. this area is home to hundreds of restaurants, offering meals to suit all tastes and pockets. Le Croisette, (promenade) is 50 metres from the apartment as is one of cannes public beaches. Two colourful daily food markets are only a short walk away. One of these doubles as an antque market on a Monday. Train & bus stations are minutes away. Golf: Golf At Mougins, Ski: Regular buses to Isola 2000
