Beautifully appointed house with lush landscaping. Electric gated drive. Deck with gas BBQ. Great Audio/Video system. Fully equipped kitchen. Tumbled marble bath. Outdoor redwood shower. Close to shopping, Montecito, tennis, beach and zoo. Master bedroom has queen bed. 2nd bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted to a King. Wireless DSL.
Phil's place is very confortable, neat and clean. Its just right for a small family and is located in a nice neighbourhood. The information about the place etc. was accurate and made it easy to live there. The bikes were really handy and we loved cycling as the weather was great. The kids are already making plans to revisit next year. Thanks Phil for making it a great holiday for us...cheers, tash
Only suggestion for improvement is a TV that is easier to use.
the two-bedroom setup, with the large kitchen/dining area and perfect bathroom, situated right between the two bedrooms, was perfect for the needs of our three-generation getaway! the view from the balcony was priceless, and the garden area made it feel like a real "hideaway"; even though we were so conveniently located near to the grocery store and, just across the freeway, to the stunning beachfront and zoological gardens.

we loved our long weekend stay and would not hesitate to come back! next time we promised ourselves to use the bicycles!!!
We were 2 couples staying at this 2 bedroom house and it was a great setup. It had everything we needed. It was really easy to access but was very secure with private gate, off street parking and punch code door entry. The kitchen had everything required to make a nice meal and enjoy a glass of wine. Living room was comfortable to hang out - not fussy, appointed more like a beach cottage. Very casual. Wish morning had been a little warmer so we could have enjoyed our coffee on the deck. Nice neighbourhood. Anyone staying here should take advantage of the location and check out Butterfly Beach. Was short drive to State Street for shopping and restaurants. Wish we had had more time to take advantage of bicycles provided.
We had a family wedding over the weekend and staying at the Cliff House was the perfect base for our needs-good, easy access location, and just the right mix of amenities.
Only downside was the challenge of having only one bath room for having guests drop in and a master BR bed that was not quite to our liking. The property is very cozy and the deck and views inviting.
For a couple, it's a pleasant escape.
This perfectly appointed, cute house has anything anyone might want or need and is close to Montecito and the freeway. Very quiet with perfect privacy!
Extremely easy to navigate the house and accessibility and Cliff was wonderfully, speedily responsive to any questions.
A perfect Santa Barbara experience!
