Tea Tree Manor is totally private and secure with key locked gates, locked secure parking for 2 vehicles, externally monitored alarm security system and an in-house safe. Also provided is our Foxtel connection with upgraded premium package including Sports and Disney channels for the children's enjoyment.

Located in the popular suburb of Canning Vale and 2 minutes drive to the Livingston Shopping Centre which compliments Woolworths, Big W, Post Office, Bank ATM's, News Agency, 7 Fast Food outlets, cafes, small local restaurants and many specialty shops and services.

The property is centrally located within Perth suburbs and has easy access to freeways, arterial roads for day trips sightseeing, quick trips to the City of Perth or the fishing Port of Fremantle and the South Terrace Cafe strip. The property is tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with no passing traffic or noisy main roads yet 2 minutes away from all the shops and facilities.
