Ground floor, at a new building (constructed in 2005) with 30 m2 yard and with a car spot (parking place) inside the building. WI-FI Internet connection, air conditioning, TV and safety-door.
It is in a quiet location, near the center of Athens and Piraeus. You can get to Eleftherios Venizelos airport, Piraeus, Rafina ports and train station by public transportation very easily.
Lots of cafeterias, restaurants and bars around, variety of shops, supermarkets, dry cleaner's, post-office, banks, parks, metro, sub railway, buses, trolleys within easy reach, taxis available, hospital, doctors and pharmacies in the area. Very easy and fast access from the ports (Piraeus and Rafina to all the islands of the Aegean sea), the Athens International Airport and the train stations if you travel by train in Greece or abroad.
This modern and stylish apartment with a pleasant atmosphere, it is located near many shopping and nightlife. 15 min by car from Syntagma Square , in a neighborhood full of cafes, eating out and a large amount of shops. In the immediate vicinity are the main attractions. The Acropolis, the Temple of Zeus, numerous museums and galleries are within 15 min by car. The Acropolis, the new Acropolis Museum, Parliament, Syntagma Square and Plaka , the old city (under the Acropolis) are not far from the apartment by public transportation.
The connection with the buses and the metro is very good. The buses run every few minutes, and you can get tickets at each kiosk on demand
From the airport it is very easy to come to the apartment with public transportation. Using bus line 'X96' from the airport and get down at bus stop 'NEO FALIRO'. Alternatively, you can take metro line 3, change at 'MONASTIRAKI' station for line1 to get at 'NEO FALIRO' station. From there the apartment is 10 min on foot.

From March until September, there is a traditional Greek market every Friday (5:00 am - 5:00 pm) just outside the front of the apartment. It has a lot of fun. (If you will have a car be sure to park it elsewhere on that day if you plan to drive at Friday mornings).

All the information listed here was true. The owner was very nice to us, he even prepared for us welcome drinks after our long and exhausting journey and helped us to setup wifi in late evening hours. The appartment was very clean and nicely equiped. There was nothing else we could possibly need. There is a metro/tram station about 15min walk from the appartment with a supermarket on the way. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend the appartment to anyone else.
One word PERFECT
Very comfortable appartment and very kind owner ! Clean beds and bathroom and even a welcom drink. Private parking space which is a big plus. Easy to reach te centre of Athens and Piraeus by car of public transport (20 min walk to the nearest metro line - 5 min to the nearest bus stop)
The typical Greeks restaurant next door was top. Only Greeks know this, tourist can't normally don't find it, but it is excellent.
If you doubt, don't :-) you can't be disappointed !
Comfortable stay for 5 + car
Apartment was comfortable, very clean and bigger than pictures suggest. Our host very kindly waited up for us to arrive at 1:30am. Beds were all comfortable with good duvets and a good size. Most importantly for a winter visit, the thermostat controlled heating was highly effective and a joy to come home to. There is a pleasant patio area if you are lucky enough to be coming in warmer months. Kitchen was well equipped with utensils and even a mixer. Car parking was very easy and a welcome relief from small crowded streets. A great place to stay out of the centre of Athens that was peaceful at night and also had a very good taverna next door. Convenient location for boat trips to islands.
A very clean well maintained apartment
Lovely apartment, well looked after, fully equipped with all necessary Items. Owners were very helpful in suggesting places of interest and attractions. Clean towels and linen provided and changed after 3days in our 6days stay. Tv that had lots of channels for kids to watch. Great outdoor space/patio. Supermarket near apartment. Would recommend this apartment.

The best of it is his landlord, oh he's the best of the best!
He let everything that we needed in the house.
There was A/C, TV, welcome drinks and full kitchen.
The bedroom was great as the bathroom.
There was a even a very nice and cool terrace in the house.
I definitely recommend this beautiful house.
