Modern architectually designed, well appointed 2 Bedroom split level holiday house in a quiet location within a short stroll (approximately 15 - 20 minutes) of the Victor Harbor town centre. Set on a hillside with an established native garden on a corner allotment.
It is an ideal delightful quiet getaway home for 1 - 4 persons. (Please note the maximum number of guests that can be accommodated is 4.)
Upstairs is the master bedroom and the mezzanine sitting area. Master bedroom has a Queen-size bed & its own lounge area, with a 26 inch flat screen LCD TV with built-in DVD player.
The Master Bedroom contains a Queen size bed, with bed-side tables. It has its own split system reverse cycle air-conditioner. There is a ceiling fan above the Queen-size bed and the bed is fitted with an electric blanket.
The second bedroom is downstairs and it has 2 king-size single beds that can be joined together to make one king-size bed. Photographs show both configurations. This bedroom also has a ceiling fan & an IXL wall mounted heater with safety cut-off.
Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes with extensive hanging space & drawers.
The bedrooms accommodate a maximum of 4 persons i.e. 2 in each room.
A Full linen service is provided. This includes quilt covers, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mat, face-washer and tea-towels.
Downstairs comprises an open plan kitchen, dining & family room - complete with 42 inch LCD TV, DVD, MP3 player & ipod docking station.
The kitchen has a gas cooktop, an electric oven, microwave & filtered drinking water. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. An electric toaster, electric frypan, bamix, electric knife and a wide range of kitchen utensils are also provided.
The bathroom, toilet and laundry are also downstairs.
The full-size laundry has a front-load washing machine & a clothes dryer. It also contains an iron and ironing-board. There is a clothes line outside.
Downstairs double sliding doors (fitted with privacy/sun-shield blinds) open out to an extensive front timber deck with an outdoor setting. Shade sail covers the outdoor table and seating. A Gas BBQ is adjacent.
The backyard is fully enclosed and has 2 other courtyard areas - both with all-weather seating.
There is a Carport, under the main roof, for parking. And, there is additional driveway parking for another vehicle.
The house is not available for rent during the schoolies period. And, unfortunately pets cannot be accommodated.
