This spacious one bedroom east facing to city & hills apartment features an open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area and a double size balcony. Situated on the 3rd floor of the Liberty Towers Apartment Buildings, Colley Terrace, which features gym, indoor pool, sauna, spa and steam room. All these facilities in the building including lift and car park can be only accessed with your security access card.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

Glenelg is only 10 to 15 minutes from Adelaide CBD Central Market and airport. A short 30 minute trip, on a tram departing from the centre of Glenelg Moseley Square, takes you into Victoria Square in the heart of Adelaide.

The apartment is situated close to Glenelg Jetty Road and Holdfast Shores Marinara Promenade which are food lovers paradise. From cosmopolitan cafes, restaurants and fine dining, there is something for everyone at anytime of the day. Glenelg Jetty Road is also one of Adelaide most favourite shopping places.

Harbour Town brand direct outlet shopping centre, is just 10 minutes from Glenelg.

The Liberty Towers is within close proximity to Visitor Information Centre, Sailing and Dolphin Cruises, Bike Riding Trails, Bay Discovery Centre, public and private golf courses and the Beach House with 3 enclosed and heated water slides, a 5 story play castle, dodgem cars and mini golf.

Glenelg is about 40 minutes drive from the famous wine regions such as the Barossa Valley and McClaren Vale.

Fabulous location, close to public transport and Jetty road. Lovely apartment, very quiet, fully equipped with everything we needed. The pool was excellent and the apartment is air conditioned. There's a large balcony outside both lounge and bedroom.

Everything we could want and more

The apartment was excellent, very clean and comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This will be our preferred accommodation for future trips to Adelaide. Definitely recommend it to others. The location for beach walks and coffee on Jetty Road is perfect!

Wonderful Accommodation!

Had a lovely stay in Glenelg, the apartment was very comfortable, the security amazing, the car park included in the price was a bonus. The free wifi that actually worked, Foxtel, the goodies in the fridge all made our stay that much more enjoyable.

We stayed here for three weeks while working in Adelaide. It is in a wonderful location, close to the beach and great restaurants. The apartment is very clean, secure and the owner extremely helpful and organized. There is a nice lap pool and gym in the building.

Home away from Home

This apartment is well maintained & has everything you need, it really is a home away from home. Comfortable, clean & location is brilliant. Shops, restaurants, bakery, supermarket, pub & bottle shop are all in very easy walking distance. Unfortunately for us previous occupants had smoked in apartment, so it did smell very strongly of cigarette smoke. This is no reflection of the cleanliness it just meant that we needed to keep balcony door open whilst in there to help with smell, some people are so arrogant & inconsiderate to future guests. On arrival, Thomas was very welcoming & gave us a run down of how everything worked. My only complaint would be the car park is quite tight especially if you have a large car. When another large car is parked on either side it is difficult to get in or out of your car but on saying this it is very secure & undercover so that is a big plus. Would definitely recommend & stay again.
