Perfect for families and girls weekends! Roomy, well located 4 bedroom 2 baths.

Exactly half way between both beaches, an easy approx. 300m walk to either, this house is perfect for 1 or 2 families and girls weekends away. The house features new kitchen with large island bench opening to outdoor entertaining, with sunny fully fenced yard, gas BBQ and outdoor dining. There are 4 bedrooms - all with built in robes, Br1: Queen bed with ensuite, Br2: Queen bed, Br3: 2 king size single, Br4: 2 singles , in addition there is a portacot, child fold out bed and 1 extra single bed. There is an additional bathroom and separate toilet. Spread out across 2 large living areas - one with table tennis. The house features modern furniture and all mod cons. It has great heating and fans and air conditioning for year round comfort. Bikes, wetsuits and beach toys are available for your use.

Great family holiday home

We had a relaxing stay, it was a very easy stroll to the beach and the shops, there was plenty of space for the kids to play and the amenities were great. A handy outside shower to hose down sandy kids is also a great plus. A great family home away from home. Thanks Alex

Great family property close to everything!

We loved our stay at Alex's family home. The house was well laid out to allow sleep-ins for some and early mornings for others. It has everything you need to comfortably stay and feel right at home.

A great house in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is large with all amenities plus extras - such as bikes, kids toys, books etc. It is very comfortable and clean. It is in a great location in Pt Lonsdale, with an easy walk to both beaches and shops. We like to think that we will be back for another stay very soon!

Home away from home

A perfect place to put up our feet, we stayed here whist working in Point Lonsdale and it was a great place to relax at the end of the day. All mod cons, clean with everything we could need whilst away from home, close to all amenities. Would highly recommend.

Hi, we have been coming to Point Lonsdale as a family for nearly 20 years and were lucky enough to buy a holiday house about 12 years ago. Before that we rented lots of different houses, and through that experience have figured out what families need in a holiday house. We love being able to share our holiday home so you too can experience Point Lonsdale, and have everything at your doorstep. I hope we'll see you soon! Alex

Why Alex chose Point Lonsdale

Point Lonsdale is one of the few towns where you can easily walk to a front beach (gentle waves for younger kids and next to cafes and coffee) and a back beach (surf, and amazing rock pools to swim in at low tide). Unlike most other coastal villages on the Great Ocean Road or the Mornington Penisula, there is no busy road running through the middle. This gives it a laid back, walking pace vibe, and it is very bike friendly. A hot day will see piles and piles of bikes stacked up at the back beach! The local supermarket and newsagent are very well stocked so you never need to leave Lonnie!

What makes this house unique

The house is set up for all age groups, with things like high chairs, a portacot, toys and tiny wetsuits, through to a number of adult bikes and wetsuits for older visitors, and even bathroom handrails for much older visitors. Set in "old Point Lonsdale" you can park the car and forget about it! With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas at opposite ends of the house, there is plenty of room!
