Parliament Place is a delightful single level 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, pet friendly character home, with loads of space! Located just off Bay Street in North Brighton, this property is in a great location, with a cafe at the end of the street and the local Bay Street shops and train station a short stroll away. The property offers two large open plan living areas, unique quirky character including the use of wonderful internal red brick, high ceilings throughout and a good sized grassed garden to let your children and/or pet explore.

The wooden floor boards in the entry lead you through to the master bedroom on the left and the first of the 2 living areas on the right. This beautiful room, with high ceilings, offers comfortable seating for 6, a large TV, DVD and separate area furnished with a desk and chair. The Foxtel Platinum package is included for your viewing pleasure. The rooms leads through to the second living area, where you will find an open plan kitchen/dining area with freshly painted walls, quirky 70’s floor tiles, air conditioning, modern dining seating for 6, a second TV and bar stools. There is plenty of light and storage cupboards in the fully equipped kitchen (incl dishwasher), and the oven and gas stovetop were both renewed in 2013.

The master bedroom is of a size that is reminiscent of when homes were built on a large scale. It is furnished with a king bed, has wooden floors, high ceilings, a walk in robe as well as a new ensuite. The other two bedrooms lead off the second of the 2 living spaces, have views of the back garden, high ceilings, built in robes and polished floorboards. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, while the 3rd has a flexible bedding setup, as either two singles or one king bed. Other features include a newly fitted out central bathroom which has a shower over bath, single basin and separate toilet, a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer, ducted heating throughout.

The home is located on a good sized site which has a small garden and grassed area at the front as well as a larger area at the back (also grassed). There is off street parking in the driveway for up to 2-3 cars. Please note the driveway is common ground and is shared by the neighbors for pedestrian access only. They do not have vehicle access. However whilst the neighbors are usually great with closing the gate behind them, we cannot guarantee they will do this every time, and guests need to understand this particularly in relation to pet guests and small children.

This large character home is perfect for a family or couples looking for accommodation in Brighton and is ideal for those looking for relocation accommodation in Melbourne. Brighton is known as one of Melbourne’s premier suburbs and has a number of well known private schools. The Brighton Sea Baths offers the only remaining caged open water sea baths in Australia.

Should you choose to stay during premium periods (like Melbourne Cup, Christmas/New Year etc) special rates may apply along with minimum stay periods - unfortunately we can't list those variations here but we can provide you with a customised quote, so please contact us with your dates and we will reply as soon as possible.
