Open-plan living areas connect the kitchen and dining room with the outdoor terrace. Dine casually at the breakfast bar, seated at the formal dining table or outdoors for a relaxed alfresco dining experience in the BBQ area. The TV lounge on the upper floor has polished wood flooring and cream leather sofas around the wall-mounted flatscreen TV with Foxtel. Bi-fold doors fully open onto the upper terrace for indoor-outdoor living.


This modern all-white kitchen is fully equipped with gas hot plates/electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and 3 fridges to cater for families (including 2 bar fridges). The laundry makes life easy for families with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.


Generously sized bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, modern furnishings and tasteful decor.

*A deposit of 50% of total rent (including booking fee, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.

Bond of $1,000 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.

Excellent holiday home

Frangipani Beach House is an exceptional property, the location is very quiet and peaceful but still within walking distance to the beach and all that Byron offers. The house itself is luxurious and everything you could possible need is supplied. The only thing that could improve the property would be a pool!! We genuinely enjoyed our two week stay and would love to return again. Thank you for having us in your beautiful house.

Frangipani Beach House Byron Bay - What a gem!

Our 5 day stay at Frangipani Beach House was wonderful. The place is well appointed, clean, spacious and cool. The 2 storey set up was ideal for our crew of 8, providing privacy as well as comfort and roominess. Both storeys have large living areas which open out onto big verandahs adding to the spaciousness of the property. The large screen TVs on each floor also meant that we had choice of entertainment and the unexpected large selection of music CDs added to our enjoyment. The gardens add to the coolness/airiness of the house.The proximity of the house to both the centre of town as well as the beach; and to a couple of local eateries/shiops that sold fresh produce and coffees etc was also an added bonus. Another real drawcard of this property is the fact that one would never know it is so close to the centre of Byron - it is so quiet and peaceful; set in a beautiful tree lined street. We can't wait to return!

The was sensational for 2 families separate living areas, beds really comfortable and beautiful relaxing landscaped gardens, all within a secure fenced property, great for kids.
