You can enjoy 180 degree views over Geographe Bay from Busselton to Bunbury and across to Cape Naturaliste.

From the main bedroom you can lie and watch a silvery moon reflecting on the calm waters of Geographe Bay.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, family room, sun room, kitchen, laundry, and large verandah.

Beds are 2 dbls, 2 singles, 2 sets bunks.

Can accomodate up to 18 with adjoining property.

The Locality

Peppermint Grove beach is a peaceful community nestled amongst wetlands, forests and pristine beaches.

It is located on Geographe Bay, midway between Bunbury and Busselton.

"Peppi Beach" is a favourite holiday destination due to it's excellent beach and tranquil surrounds.

The beach offers the holiday maker an opportunity to enjoy a variety of water sports: fishing, snorkelling, scuba diving, swimming, water skiing, sailing, crabbing, canoeing, &

body boarding

The beach has 4WD access for launching boats or to find a secluded spot.

Reefs are as close as 50 metres from snorkelling, 150 metres for diving and 3 kilometres off shore for deeper fishing and diving.

Attractions & Activities

The Ludlow National Tuart Forest is within walking distance. The forest is more than 2000 acres and hosts many varieties of bird and animal life. There are many walking trails through the forest.

Capelvale and Killerby Wineries are close by and offer free tastings of the excellent wine.

Golf Clubs are nearby at Stratham (Capel Golf Club), Bunbury (Sanctuary Golf Club), Busselton and Clifton Park.

Cycling is popular in the area due to mostly to the level terrain and enjoyable scenery of beaches, forests and wetlands.

Excellent view

Staying with my family from Indonesia and Malaysia. They love the house. Clean and very convenient. Walking distance to the beach. Definitely will go back

Amazing view!

We really enjoyed our weekend away at Seaview. The views were spectacular and it was nice to sit out on the decking just relaxing. Then, when it got a bit chilly at night the wood burning stove was amazing! Such a nice place to relax. Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking meals. Highly recommend if you want to get away from it all!

Uncomfortable

The views are amazing but unfortunately the house is not.

This accommodation is old and tired.

The furniture is very old and the bed in the main bedroom was extremely old and uncomfortable – my husband now has back pain.The seating in the living room was again extremely uncomfortable and dirty.

The plumbing needs to be looked at - we have alerted the owner.

What should have been a restful break away was cold and uncomfortable.

Owner's Response: This review is un-just and was instigated as a result of me withholding a cleaning fee from the guests bond due to leaving dogs hairs through out the house. The guest was angry about this and threatened to write a scathing report on Stayz. None the less, I have inspected the house and furnishings. Both the bed and the lounge chairs are soft but comfortable. The mattress is a Sealy pillow top. 3 years old. Firm base, soft top. If guests require a firm mattress, I can provide that. There is always wood available for the slow combustion heater. But it has to be lit. The leaky tap has been repaired.
