Great value accommodation in a fabulous Perth suburb. Applecross is one of Perth's premium southern suburbs, renowned for its tree-lined streets and close Swan River proximity. Applecross Townhouse By Swan is a gorgeous well-maintained property in the heart of Applecross, near the vibrant Applecross Village. And it is great value because it is maintained by the owner, which reduces both overheads and the Tarrif.

Nicely located at the end of a cul-de-sac with no passing traffic, it looks onto a small park. Nearby shops, cafes. gourmet deli etc in the Applecross Village make daily shopping a breeze, and there are many dining options. Bus and train services are nearby. And it’s a short walk to the Swan River.

The enclosed courtyard and stair guard ensure a "worry-free" place for families with young children, and an ideal base for anyone to stay in beautiful Perth. It is also a great location for people on business.

Everything is provided for easy occupancy, including free NBN WiFi .

You will have a brilliant bright kitchen with new appliances and a laundry with washer and dryer. For relaxation there is a HD digital TV and DVD player.

There are 3 bedrooms, sleeping for up to 6 (Queen bedroom with en-suite and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds). The main bedroom is large. There are two bathrooms (en-suite to main Bedroom) and one powder room downstairs.

Fantastic place!

Fully equipped down to soap and adequate toilet papers! The only drawback is that the garage is too tight for my rented Toyota Camry. A smaller car would be okay.

Fantastic Townhouse

We have just stayed here for 12 nights and had a great time. The townhouse was immaculately presented and had everything that you would need for a stay. When you open the door you feel you are walking in a home not justed a rented accommodation. The area is fantastic close to city and with wonderful shops just around the corner.

Excellent property

We had such a wonderful time -2 of our 3 children live in Perth as well as our 3 year old granddaughter .The house is so child friendly with toys and books and secure outside area . The location of the house meant we could have her to sleep over while giving her parents a break -a win win .A great location so close to the shops -good coffee shop ,walking along the river front 2mins away and bikes to use -fantastic

All in all a great experience thanks to the very thoughtful facilties
