If you're up for a challenge, a table tennis tournament awaits you downstairs. It includes an ideal beach location, and a private path leading down to Knights Beach where there are opportunities to enjoy surfing, body boarding or simply a stroll along the magnificent Knights/Boomer beach. A mere five minute walk into the historic town centre, and more importantly the famous Port Elliot bakery. Port Elliot's historical cockle train can be heard and waved at from the living room window on weekends, and the peace and quiet of the waves during the week.

Ayrshire is a modern 2 storey 3 bedroom house that can fit up to 6 people.

Sleeping 6 and fully equipped for a relaxing break by the sea. The layout consists of an upstairs living and dining area, master bedroom with queen double bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and undercover balcony facing the sea. Downstairs there is a second living area with a sofa bed, second bedroom with queen double bed, 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds, full bathroom, complete laundry and access to lockup garage. All bedrooms come with storage facilities and views of either the sea or garden.

With Ayrshire's ideal location, a short stroll will take you into the Strand area of Port Elliot with its Cafes and shops or take the picturesque walkway around the Headland and look for seals playing near the breakwater or during the season, whale watching.
