About Julie and Dave Everett
Our family loved our travel experiences to Mexico and we had some incredible vacations. We have fallen in love with Cabo. There was just something magical here. We agreed with the reviews that Cabo is the one of the best cities in Mexico for vacations because of its beauty and entertainment options. It's clean, safe, has great remote beaches, and wonderful dining optons.
Julie and Dave Everett purchased this Villa in 2016
Why Julie and Dave Everett chose Cabo San Lucas
Misiones del Cabo in the perfect Mexican location! Misiones is only about 3 miles from downtown Cabo (great restaurants & nightlife) and an awesome view of Land’s End. The resort had all the amenities we were looking for with access to two beautiful pools, one with a swim up bar, and a gorgeous private beach with great snorkeling.
What makes this Villa unique
There are many great benefits to this location. We feel the beaches and the view in the morning from the balcony are two of the best features! The private beach is so close and yet you can feel secluded and relaxed listening to the waves crash on the shore. The balcony at sun rise is breathtaking with the view of the ocean. Sometimes we catch the whales off in the distance while drinking our morning cup of coffee and feel total at peace and reflect on our happiness and the upcoming day!

Dave and Julie were very quick to get back to us when we had questions. They are very easy to work with.
Hate to leave!
Nice quiet location. The condo had everything we needed. We had a great time!
Come back and see us again Scott!
Glad the condo met your needs!
This was our first time to Cabo , Julie & Dave’s condo was perfect for our stay , Close to Cabo and San José . At the airport the “Timeshare” gauntlet was very mild and almost friendly Compared to PV . Arrival was a 45 min ride from the airport , we prebooked private round trip transportation with Eliker Transfer picked us up in a full-size SUV cold water and beer included. Finding our pickup point was extremely easy .Loved watching the beautiful sunrise daily from the patio, and watching whales. The very comfortable patio furniture along with a BBQ was well enjoyed . The condo had everything we needed . The beach chairs and umbrella was nice for our enjoyment on the beach , we also bought water shoes at Walmart after the first day as the beach access is a bit gravely .... those shoes made for a very comfortable walk .... a must have , wish we had them years ago.
having a washer and dryer was nice to have for our three weeks stay , The bed was comfortable, linens good . Walmart and Costco are a short uber drive for your groceries . Watch for the Fish lady , at Missiones every Friday at noon.
We loved sitting by the infinity pool just to enjoy the view of the Arcos and the cruise ships coming in .The infinity pool isn’t heated so it’s nice and quiet there. The main pool is heated but on the cool side.
We used Uber most of the time , very affordable even though the Taxi industry doesn’t like them being there we quickly learned a few tricks , always booking and choosing a pickup away from the Taxi areas. They were extremely friendly even those who didn’t speak English. We went to Telcel in Cabo bought a SIM card and 4G of data which was very reasonable, This gave us access to everything we needed .
For Excursions, we went to Cabo wave Sunset Dinner Cruise, Juan More Taco tour, San José , BiciTaxi 30 min ride in Cabo , walking along the marina you will enjoy seeing the famous Sea lion “ Pancho” jumping onto fishing boats for his daily treats , Todos Santos city tour ....definitely ask the guide to take you to El Mirador restaurant and the highlight of our trip and a must do was the CaboRey Premium Dinner Cruise with live entertainment and Show .
Thanks to Julie and Dave for being very attentive hosts , emailing weekly making sure things were going well , along with Jim & Bonnie the property Managers for quickly taking care of minor issues .
All in all we had a lovely holiday .

We has a great time here!
Other than the front lock being a bit difficult to open the rest of the condo had everything we needed...
I had never been to Cabo before so I didn’t know what to expect. Having stayed 10days I now know that Julie& Dave’s condo is the perfect place to stay. The condo itself was perfect for us . It’s spacious two bedrooms each with its own bath provide a comfortable amount of privacy between sleeping quarters. The kitchen and living area provide a nice area for getting together and with the outdoor space added you couldn’t ask for more. The views from the balcony are wonderful and also show off the pool and bar area. It’s just a short walk thru the complex down to the beach where snorkeling was very good. Not only do I plan on returning but have decided it will be a regular shop for me. I you’re looking for good value for your money this is the place. Thanks Dave & Julie for a wonderful stay. John
John, couldn’t be happier that you had a fantastic time in Cabo, and that our place met your needs! We love our balcony views too! Cheers and reach out when you are ready to return!

As a well-known destination for both A-list travelers in need of a getaway & spring breakers, Cabo San Lucas is a definite vacation must. The beaches here range from the serene aqua blue waters of the Sea of Cortez and Playa del Amor to the kickin’ waves of Zippers, a surfing paradise.
Cabo San Lucas has a well-earned reputation for rowdy, uninhibited nightlife, but the after-dark action in Los Cabos is by no means restricted to the bars, clubs, and cantinas that crowd downtown San Lucas. San José del Cabo and the Tourist Corridor that connects the two cape cities also boast good-time go-to spots, ranging from microbreweries and sports bars to tequila lounges, live music venues, and late-night dance clubs. In fact, the distinguishing characteristic of the Los Cabos nightlife scene may be its seemingly unending variety.
Whether your tastes run to wineries or biker bars, there are plenty of options. Beer aficionados will appreciate local microbreweries like Baja Brewing Company and Ramuri Cerveceria. Wine lovers will definitely want to visit the downtown Los Cabos Winery or check out the wine lists at some of the region's best eateries. Beachgoers will enjoy hanging out at Medano Beach standouts like Mango Deck, The Office, or Baja Cantina; or Zipper's, which overlooks all the surf action at Playa Costa Azul.
Want to keep up with the progress of your favorite football or hockey team? Stop by one of the area's top sports bars (of which there are many). And if your tastes run to Mexican treasures like tequila, let's just say your playground extends throughout the width and breadth of Baja California Sur.
Los Cabos also suffers no shortage of late-night dance clubs and hard rocking live music venues. DJs and up-tempo dance mixes rule the midnight hour at clubs like Cabo Wabo, Pink Kitty, and Squid Roe. Live music lovers, on the other hand, should look to music legends like Sammy Hagar, Gene Simmons, and Paul Stanley. Cabo Wabo has long been a fixture of the San Lucas scene, while the newly opened Rock and Brews in San José del Cabo features enough Kiss memorabilia and electric guitars to thrill visiting rock fans.
For diners seeking a true Mexican culinary experience, authentic restaurants abound. Mexican cuisine, born of the union of pre-Columbian and Spanish cultures is known the world over. Fresh ingredients meld with a cornucopia of chilies and exotic herbs and spices, creating fabulous dishes and enhanced flavor for meals you will be raving about for years! And as Los Cabos grows and evolves, so does the variety of culinary delights. Other Cabo restaurants speak with many accents. Fine Italian, European, American and pan-Asian eateries thrive in diverse and delightful settings. Fresh seafood is a big draw, prepared every way imaginable. Dress up or down, relax, and indulge your palate. Savor the simplicity of a fresh fish taco, or go all out and do the town.
