The Villa has a single garage and additional parking for one vehicle. Taxis and taxi minibuses can be hired and there are public buses which service the Coffs area.

Coffs is located half way between Sydney and Brisbane - perfect stopover destination.

We do not market for party animals (we love it but this is not the right location for partying).


Tennis, Golf, bike hire, Beach and Pool are all just metres from your luxury Villa.

Your Host will be happy to provide you with local knowledge of the many other beaches and great sights to visit in and around Coffs Harbour including local knowledge on the best restaurants, great fishing spots, terrific walks and all the great activities and attractions available for kids (the big ones and the small ones).

The Coffs Harbour region has an amazing coastline of beautiful beaches with soft sandy shores, rugged headlands where you can walk past wild kangaroos, observe sea eagles and watch whales and dolphins frolic in the sea. The Great Dividing Range provides a dramatic backdrop and encompasses the town. Surrounding hillsides are covered in blueberry, avocado and banana plantations. The temperate climate and latitude mean we can swim in the ocean here all year round. Activities and attractions include World Heritage listed Dorrigo National Park, whale watching, scuba diving, surfing schools, deep sea fishing, hiking, nature walks, kayaking, golf, scenic coastal walks, scenic drives, hinterland villages, art galleries, botanic gardens, nature tours, dining out, weekly markets and music and cultural festivals throughout the year.

At Coffs Creek a short drive you can also hire canoes and Stand Up Paddle Boards (SUPS) at this location to paddle down Coffs Creek. You can visit the beautifully refurbished Jetty Theatre where you can watch lives plays and musicals. Visit the culturally diverse Jetty Strip where there is a multitude of restaurants and the historic Pier Hotel for a cold drink. The beautiful Jetty Beach and pier walkway out to the ocean walk up Mutton Bird island then visit the Fishing Co-op where you can buy fresh seafood to eat in or take home.

From the Villa a worthwhile drive is to Bellingen a thriving transition town on the north coast of New South Wales. Bellingen town is renowned for quirky cafes, organic food outlets. There are vintage ware emporiums, fashion outlets, some great op shops, a lovely craft supply shop, art shows, festivals, and much much more. Every third Saturday of the month is the community market. This market has been going for over 30 years and is well worth a visit. There are many many stalls including lots of good food to eat. There is usually live music at this event.

Drive out of town to the Promised Land and the pristine swimming holes of the Never Never.

Drive another 20km west brings you to the Dorrigo National Park, a spectacular rainforest which has world heritage listing.


No one likes rules (especially when on holidays) however it is our duty to inform you of the following and we ask that take a few minutes to read the following.

Opal Coast Villa accommodates a MAXIMUM OF 4 ADULTS and 4 CHILDREN.

PAYMENT: Payment is accepted via credit card with a negoiated deposit required within 48 hours of calendar booking.

BOND: Surety against damage to the villa and/or its contents is accepted by guests via a booking confirmation and chargeable to credit card details provided. Please note this includes a charge for not cleaning the BBQ after use

CHECK IN: after 2.30pm (earlier check in can be negotiated at no additional charge but dependant on previous bookings)

CHECK OUT: 10.30am (later check out can be negotiated at no additional charge but dependant on further bookings).

TELEPHONE: No telephone is available within the villa, guests are encouraged to bring mobile phones. A public telephone is available in within the Opal Cove Resort Lobby.

PETS: In accordance with strata management policy no pets are allowed within the villa or strata grounds.

SMOKING: Guests are asked not to smoke in the villa, please use the outside undercover area, ashtrays supplied.

CANCELLATION: Refunds of deposits will not be given for cancellations unless the dates can be rebooked, however alternative booking dates will be considered in line with vacancies. Current rates will apply.

The Coffs Harbour Regional Airport is one of the largest and busiest regional airports in New South Wales, handling regional, domestic and international style aircraft. It is serviced by three carriers with direct flights from Sydney and Melbourne.
