About Paula Hatch

I am a Great Barrington native and I produce concerts for a non-profit classical music organization in the Berkshires. I am an avid skier in winter and a water person in the summer.

Paula Hatch purchased this house in 2004

Why Paula Hatch chose Berkshires

This house is well located in the Berkshires. It is a quick 1.5 miles to downtown Great Barrington and minutes to all the cultural and natural attractions of the Berkshires. I live five minutes away and am readily available for help and assistance as you make yourself comfortable.

What makes this house unique

The sunroom, with its 7' high windows, looks across the patio and back yard to the mountain behind the house. Who knows what you might see but the turkey parade usually begins in late afternoon! Seriously!

A Great Time in Great Barrington

  • 5 of 5

Retired in Colorado, my wife and I spent May and June at Paula's place in Great Barrington while we looked for a vacation home closer to family and friends. Paul's place was perfect. Family and friends had their own separate living corders while we stayed in a beautiful master suite up stairs. The pictures say it all - large living areas to get together, 3 TV's, air conditioning, a fully stacked kitchen - Paula has thought of everything. Whatever little things we needed, Paula not only addressed it on the spot, but did it with a full heart and a great smile. A perfect host.

Whether for a simple weekend or for an extended stay, it's a great place to put down your hat . Highly recommended.

Great Ski House!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I with our two sons rented Paula's house for the 2016 ski season. It was our first experience with a long-term rental and we couldn't have asked for a better one. The house is very clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location can't be beat - it is not even a 5 minute drive to Butternut, which was so convenient with young children, and very close to town as well. Paula was very easy to deal with, she was very attentive but also gave us our space so we could enjoy the rental. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for either a short-term or long-term rental in the Great Barrington area.

Clean, Comfortable and Perfect Location

  • 5 of 5

We live in Long Island and needed a getaway. Paula's house was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and was in the perfect location. No snow to ski, but we hiked, visited museums and hung out in Great Barrington. The town is minutes from the house. Paula met us at the house when we got there and was very helpful. No need to worry about any bait and switch, house is the real deal!

Comfortable and inviting

  • 5 of 5

We rented this house as my nephew was getting married in Great Barrington and we preferred a house over three hotel rooms. We had my 89 year old father with us. Paula has things set up for an elderly guest-first floor bedroom and bath, two living rooms and kitchen. The living room had a TV he could easily operate and his own thermostat. Since he's from Florida "warmth" was one of the criteria! Paula takes great care of the house, it's super clean and everything was great. Just a minute down the road is Butternut Ski Area, and we took a nice hike on Saturday morning. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

Great comfortable property

  • 5 of 5

Large and extremely spacious property. Very well equipped, you have everything a family would need for an extended stay ( we stayed there for 5 days).

Comfortable beds and mattresses, all of us slept very well.

Great stay- clean, cozy well stocked!

  • 5 of 5

Highly recommend this place. Paula has done an awesome job. New hardwood floors, extremely clean, and nicely decorated. The sunroom is great and we spent a lot of time there. The backyard was beautiful. Instead of exploring as planned one afternoon, we sat out back with a glass of wine . It was just too pretty to leave!

I'd go back in a heartbeat.
