Our beach condo has a large balcony off of the living room door that gives you an unobstructed view of the white sandy beach and the soothing sounds of ocean waves. Fully appointed with comfortable furniture & central air; you'll love it. Inside is open and spacious with amenities to accommodate 6 people. Cape May is known for it's lovely beaches, great surfing, award-winning restaurants, and quaint Victorian atmosphere. Once you park your car, you will no longer need it. Start your day with swimming and relaxing on the beach, protected by world-class lifeguards. Just a 3-minute walk to the boardwalk and restaurants, 8-minute walk to the historic beach arcade, and 11-minute walk to the famous Washington Street Mall, local wine tasting and historic Congress Hall shopping. Don't forget to end your day with a stroll along the beach and enjoy an extraordinary sunset.

Had a wonderful time spending six days in your condo on Jefferson in Cape May and hated to leave. It was an ideal location and provided everything that was needed. We loved being able to sit out on the veranda in the evenings and watch the ocean. We also enjoyed being able to grill steaks on the BBQ. You will need to replace the saucepans (someone scratched them up) (Owners note: complete set of T-fal pans replaced 2010). Again, we had a wonderful stay and hope to be able to come back again soon.

Perfect Get Away

The condo was perfect for us. We had a wedding and decided to make a vacation out of our stay.

It's fully furnished with dishwasher, fridge, stove, toaster oven , washer , dryer.

Every morning , I walked down the street a few blocks and got coffee (there is a coffee maker too)

I sat outside every morning on the front porch looking out seeing and hearing the ocean . So peaceful and relaxing. Our wedding was on October 1st so not sure how the other seasons are.

We also walked to Uncle Bill's which is a breakfast/lunch place and tasty too.

Harbor View, Lobster House and the Blue Pig Restaurants also had great food especially if you love seafood !

All our meals were delicious and we had no complaints. We chose not to cook since we hadn't been away for four years.

The beach is in view and in walking distance and beautiful. Unfortunately , we only enjoyed one day cause it was cool and windy during our stay. It's ok we still enjoyed ourselves.

There is outside shops about 5 streets down away from the beach. You can drive or walk there .

We only took our car to go out to eat and walked everywhere else.

The boardwalk is across from our street and you can walk for a long time.

The location of condo is at perfect spot. It's very clean and well furnished and stocked . We would not hesitate to stay here in the future. I actually can't wait to go back !

The owner was very nice and communication back and forth was great.

Thanks to everyone who made our stay special and memorable too.

Very nice rental. Very short walk to the beach and walk able to Washington Steet

The rental was very nice. Clean with plenty of living space. Very nice balcony to hang out on. 1/2 a block from the beach. Even Washington street stores are a walk able distance. I would defiantly rent the apartment again.

perfect location.

The location of the unit is steps from the beach, coffee, restaurants. Very clean. Had everything we needed (chairs, beach toys, bicycles, grill and an outside shower. Nice front porch, air conditioning worked well. Unit felt very secure. Had a great stay with no complaints!!!!!

Great location

This is a home with four condominiums, two up and two down. This review is for unit 4. You can enter through a front or back door. Since this unit is on the 2nd floor, there are stairs to consider. The unit was very quiet and we never heard a peep from the other occupied units. It was very cleaned and appeared to have everything we needed. The location and the view from the porch is amazing. I did not give it five stars because in comparison to the other units, it could use some updates.

Love staying at this place! Lovely view front the front porch.

We've stayed here for the past 2 years and really enjoy it. Once we settle in, we walk or bike most places, though parking has never been an issue. The unit is clean and well kept. Tub drains slowly, but that's been the case everywhere we've stayed in Cape May. Needed to call for minor things and the property management group responded very quickly. Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Cape May.

PARKING: We do allow loading and unloading in the drive but do not allow parking due to your car possibly getting blocked in. Non-metered parking is 200 feet away on the next block. Guests normally unload their car then park on the next street and leave it for the duration of their stay. The metered parking on our block is in effect every day from May 1 through October 31, between 10AM and 10PM. After 10 it is fine to park out front.
