You will be just 350 feet to America's best beach and friendliest boardwalk! Our beach condo has a large balcony off of the living room door that gives you an unobstructed view of the white sandy beach and the soothing sounds of ocean waves. Fully appointed with comfortable furniture & central air; you'll love it. Inside is open and spacious with amenities to accommodate 6 people. Cape May is known for it's lovely beaches, great surfing, award-winning restaurants, and quaint Victorian atmosphere. Once you park your car, you will no longer need it. Start your day with swimming and relaxing on the beach, protected by world-class lifeguards. Just a 3-minute walk to the boardwalk and restaurants, 8-minute walk to the historic beach arcade, and 11-minute walk to the famous Washington Street Mall, local wine tasting and historic Congress Hall shopping. Don't forget to end your day with a stroll along the beach and enjoy an extraordinary sunset.

Had a wonderful time spending six days in your condo on Jefferson in Cape May and hated to leave. It was an ideal location and provided everything that was needed. We loved being able to sit out on the veranda in the evenings and watch the ocean. We also enjoyed being able to grill steaks on the BBQ. You will need to replace the saucepans (someone scratched them up) (Owners note: complete set of T-fal pans replaced 2010). Again, we had a wonderful stay and hope to be able to come back again soon.

We had a great time at Caoe May! The location was great. Close to everything. The condo had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and clean. Our dogs loved it too!

Absolutely Wonderful!!

What a great find ! When we decided to take the family to Cape May for Columbus Day Weekend we started to look at hotels and then I checked HomeAway and found 16 Jefferson! I had never rented through HomeAway, always Real Estates, so I was a little apprehensive but after reaching out to Carol and speaking to her we decided to book and so glad we did! The condo was perfect for our family of 5 - including a 6 month old. We had even planned to bring our dog Oreo - but last minute his grandparents asked if they could babysit and we let them :-) Carol was sweet enough to refund us the dog fee last minute! The condo is clean and very nice, both bedrooms are big and we had plenty of room even with the pack n play in our room. Everything worked and is very well maintained. Carol even had a high chair for us to use which was awesome! Could not ask for a better location - a half a block to the beach and around the corner from arcade and mini golf - we were there everyday with the boys! Just parked our car and walked everywhere - a few minutes walk to Washington Mall and food store ...you know its not far when a 7 and 9 year old do not complain :-) The patio was our favorite part of the condo.. the kids had a blast playing with their toys as we relaxed with cocktails staring at the ocean -- win win :-) I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Cape May and I hope to come back soon!! Thank you for a fun vacation!!

Great weekend in Cape May with friends

The apartment/condo is very well kept. The shower is great! The porch is wonderful with your first cup of coffee in the in the morning. The view is great. It's also a pleasure late in the day with a glass of wine as the sun is not a factor. Location is terrific. Close enough to walk to several excellent restaurants, shopping and miniature golf. I would absolutely stay at 16 Jefferson again.

Loved it!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for walking to the beach & promenade, the suite was very clean & comfortable with thoughtful details and supplies, and each room had great space and storage. Loved the shower, the comfy queen sized bed, the closet space -- and not having to pack bedsheets & bath towels! Our favourite feature was the ocean view from the veranda -- we really enjoyed relaxing out there from AM coffee to evening cocktails. The owner was wonderful, too -- very responsive, super helpful and extremely nice to work with. Most of all, we really appreciate the pet friendly accommodations. Looking forward to staying here again next year!

So convenient to the beach!

The accommodations were very clean and up-to-date. But most importantly, we loved the proximity to the beach! And when we were not on the beach, we were on the veranda, looking at the beach.

Delightful!

We had a wonderful stay. While the unit is a little dated, everything was clean, neat and comfortable. Great view of ocean from the outside porch. We made good use of the outside porch when at the unit. It was my favorite place to hang for coffee in the morning and for cocktails in the afternoon. The awning makes it perfect for 5pm cocktails.

Notes:
PARKING: We do allow loading and unloading in the drive but do not allow parking due to your car possibly getting blocked in. Non-metered parking is 200 feet away on the next block. Guests normally unload their car then park on the next street and leave it for the duration of their stay. The metered parking on our block is in effect every day from May 1 through October 31, between 10AM and 10PM. After 10 it is fine to park out front.
