About Brian Krywanio
I have spent a lot of my life growing up in Adelaide and as a teenager i was lucky enough to come across the beautiful area of the bottom of the York Peninsula & explore the coast as I developed a love for the ocean. Surfing, fishing & bush walking is something I still will travel the world to explore what nature has to offer. Marion Bay has become a great holiday getaway for me & my family over the years & we look forward to our future visits and discoveries.
Brian Krywanio purchased this House in 2000
Why Brian Krywanio chose Inneston
Back in the early 90's I heard a mate was selling his block & when I discovered it was the last block before the National Park I just had to make an offer he couldn't refuse.
What makes this House unique
Year after year because of the prime location of "Edge Of Innes", wildlife ventures out of the National park and into our back yard, kangaroos & baby emus are fun to watch from the deck.

Cozy, Comfortable Stay within walking distance to Beach an Park
The property was in good condition, clean and cozy. Kitchen had everything we needed except salt and pepper. Bed was comfy, on the soft side.
By far the best aspects were the closeness to the national park (can walk to Rhino's head just out the door) as well as access to beach (150m, or 300m if you prefer the steps).
We walked to Marion Bay Tavern one night alone the coastline, that took about 25 minutes.
Beautiful area. AC was helpful on the hot days. Would definitely stay again.
Glad to hear that the Marion bay area treated you well & that you were able to get out and explore the National Park. We are lucky that the local sea breeze usually comes into the house to cool thinks off over summer, but yes, having the air con for those extra hot arvo's after a day at the beach hits the spot.
We also enjoy the walk out to Rhino Head & one of our favourites is to jump in the car a drive out to Dolphin Bay in Innes National Park and swim in the secret rock pool.
Thank you for leaving the property in a tidy condition and you guys are always welcome.
Great place to stay for a short break
Really had a great time connecting as a family with no internet interruptions, forgot what my son looked like!
this property was not up to the standard we have come to expect from Stayz. Kitchen equipment very basic. No roasting tray or mixing bowls. Chipped crockery. The tile grouting around the bath was dirty and the shower curtain was not clean. There was no washing machine and the television did not have reception until we found the instructions hidden in a manual (not in the right place). In future would rather pay a little more and get something better.
This is our second time staying here and we have enjoyed it immensely
It is so relaxing and peaceful, it is nice to be off the grid for a few days!
How's the serenity
This house on the edge of the Innes national park was just wonderful. On the edge of the Innes national park, the house was comfortable and had everything needed to make it a very comfortable stay. We loved the 3 nights we stayed there, fantastic sunset from the back deck and even a visit from a couple of kangaroos. We had a nice meal at the nearby tavern, which was very good. The national park was interesting as was the old town of Inneston. We would highly recommend a stay at this place
Absolutely awesome place, kids and I had a ball. Kids loved the table tennis also great fishing on Marion bay jetty got 2 squid and 2 dozen very large tommies, will be back
This property is a fantastic base to set off & explore spectacular Innes National Park where you can see Emus, Kangaroos & Tammar Wallabies in the wild. You may even see dolphins, seals or whales swimming by. Get out and explore one of the many walking trails the area has to offer.
