Further Details: This Mid-Century home is nearly 2400 sq feet, features an open floor plan and has a gorgeous front lawn as well as a 1,000+ sq foot patio/pool area with a gas grill, lounge chairs, and sun umbrella, perfect for outdoor entertaining.It features a stunning pool with a soothing waterfall over stacked stone and a shallow 'Baja Ledge'' for sunning.
The living room is highlighted by a stacked stone gas fireplace and with a turn of a knob, the entire glass wall opens to the pool.
Adjacent to this room is the tiled Lanai that flows right through another glass wall and spills out and around the pool...this wall can also be opened up in which the entire living space becomes a part of the outdoors.
The spacious dining room overlooks the lanai area with fabulous walnut floors throughout. This house is the quintessential entertaining home, yet is private and quiet. All of the glass walls have sumptuous floor to ceiling linen drapes to give you 100% privacy.
The gourmet kitchen has Viking Professional Series appliances including a 6-burner gas stove, wall microwave oven and a Miele Coffee Station. What a wonderful location and home! Lots of restaurants around and numerous ways to avoid the freeway. The home was fantastic, the pool was amazing and we enjoyed every minute of our stay! We were saved from a disastrous Air B N B home the day before our travel and I am sure it was fate for us to find this location which was perfect for my family. We will be back! Not only was our vacation saved, but this house made it amazing!!
My family enjoyed staying at the Los Feliz property recently. All was great! The home is perfectly set up for entertaining, is very comfortable, and attractive. When one can soak in the warm water, hold a glass of wine, and watch tv at the same time, life is good... The kitchen is stocked well, and has beautiful high-end appliances. The house was very clean and contemporary. I would certainly recommend this property.
We were in LA to visit family and our annual family vacation. Todd actually saved me because the house we rented had maintenance issues and they canceled our reservation 1 week before we were to leave. But it ended up being a blessing because this house was awesome. We loved that it was so close to Griffith Park and all of the fabulous site seeing. I would highly recommend this home.
Hollywood 5 minutes away, Downtown LA just 20 minute drive. Subway is 20 minute walk. Glendale, 10 minutes, Pasadena 20 minutes, Burbank 10 minutes...WONDERFUL LOCATION
