GREAT LOCATION / FAMILY FRIENDLY We are centrally located in Victoria Park East - first suburb from Perth just south of the Swan River. Minutes from Perth city, Crown Casino (Burswood), Curtin University, Perth Zoo - and an easy 30 minute drive to Perth beaches!

We are also very excited to advise that the brand new Perth Football Stadium is also only minutes from our holiday home. (Two train stops - approximately 5 minutes or an easy walk of approximately 20 - 25 minutes)

Whether you are in Perth for pleasure with the family or business with a colleague, this property caters perfectly for all your needs.

Our house has double glazed external doors and windows - keeps the house cooler in summer and warmer in winter, as well as keeping it extremely quiet and relaxing.

GOLF COURSES, HARNESS RACE TRACK, RACE TRACKS, WA TENNIS - all within a 15 minute drive.

LOCAL SWIMMING CENTRE - indoor and outdoor pools. Fully equipped gymnasium, hydrotherapy pool, spa, sauna - just a 5 minute walk away!

This property was fantastic. Perfect for families

This property was lovely and clean. Perfectly located close to train station. Contained everything we needed ( family of 4 adults) The owners have thought of everything people need so you just have to turn up with your food and clothes.

Convenient location and well equipped facilities

The stay has been good but the additional bedroom and toilet is not within the same main premise. U need to go that the room with no shelter.

Location wise is convenient but pretty quiet but yet people are drinking at night. I have smashed bottle and empty cans of beer the next morning outside the premise.

Great Location

Location very central to everywhere we had to go. Reverse-cycle aircons made the cold winter nights awesome. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Near to eateries. Comfortable for a family of 5.

The owner June was very friendly. Property was great. Very accessible to anywhere in Perth. Complete with bath towels n toiletries. Just move in with your luggages and sleep over. The only minus was its dimly lit at night. Overall was great.

Feels like home. Very nice and friendly owner.

My family of five really enjoyed our stay for the week. The house has full amenities, very comfortable. My wife loved the kitchen facilities. The owner June is very friendly, receiving us at the house when we drove from the airport, making sure we were not lost. The house is near supemarkets and halal eateries on the albany highway.

Great for muslim traveller, and the toilet is muslim friendly, such small thing taken cared of by June.

On the day that we checked out, Mick and June dropped by to say hello, a bunch of lovely people they are.

Will surely stay again when visiting Perth.
