This beautifully appointed apartment on the 8th Floor in the Central Tower which is the closet to all pools, gymnasium and amenities. You have three balconies to enjoy, the views of not only the river to the left and the ocean directly in front, but the benefit of overlooking Beaches in the Sky (which is on the 5th floor) with the serenity of its palm trees.

In the Lounge Room there is a 42\" LCD Plasma- Austar connected.

Our luxury two bedroom / two bathroom apartment comes fully self contained including all linen, cutlery, crockery, gourmet kitchen and utensils - with modern decor. We also supply those little extras -eg. Games, Boogie Boards and Buckets and Spades - all you need to bring is your suitcase. Sleeping arrangement is a Queen bed in main with 42" LCD, and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom- a foldaway bed can be hired for the 5th person to be setup in the Lounge Room at night. This is a privately owned Apartment that is operated and cared for by the owners.

We purchased this particular property, as we both like to be in the hustle and bustle of holiday makers, but at the same time enjoy the ability to be able to retreat back to the Resort, that offers peace and tranquility.

What makes this apartment unique

We chose this particular Room for the beautiful views of the Lagoon (a sandy beach)- from anywhere in the Apartment. I can be standing at the Kitchen Bench and still look out at the view. I do not like being up very high - with the Lagoon being on the 5th Floor, and our Apartment on the 8th Floor with Palm trees outside the window - it does not give me a feeling of height.

Wonderful apartment

We absolutely enjoyed our 5 day stay at your apartment! It felt like we were just at home with the beautiful furniture and amazingly stocked kitchen especially all of the extra plates, cups and bowls for our children. One of the best parts was the fact we were only on level 8 so it took a split second to get down to the pool area every day, but also receiving such amazing views of the ocean and the pool area itself. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay

We absolutely loved our stay at your apartment. There was 3 adults and 2 children. The apartment had everything we could have asked for and added bonus of Foxtel which kept the children entertained at night. My nephew said the children’s fold away bed was comfy and the singles and queens were comfy as well. The apartment felt homely with pictures, games, cushions ect. The outdoor pool was lovely and having an indoor pool was great for night swims. The children loved the games room! The apartment is close Coles and all other shops. It was great to be able to quickly go to the shops anytime we wanted without having to drive. Thank you for an amazing apartment and if we are back in surfers paradise again we will love to stay again.

Excellent apartment

Though our stay was short and it rained all weekend we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We have stayed at the Chevron many times but this certainly is the best room we have been in. Lovely view, very well equipped. Great value for money! Would have loved a bit more time and sunshine to enjoy the pool and outdoors. Would not hesitate to stay in this apartment again, haven't said that about any other one we have been in. Lovely thank you.

Excellent Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit is very clean and well equipped, Foxtel including. Double balconies provide refreshing views. The location was perfect - just outside of Cavill, which is good, away from the noise and traffic BUT convenient enough to walk.

Owner/representative was superb. Seamless transaction and in no time, we were at the unit and enjoying our stay. Two thumbs up! Will surely come back.

Outstanding Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Kitchen and pantry was well stocked - so cooking was easy. Owner is very organized and very responsive to questions etc. Would be back if it wasn't so far from Canada...but we have thoroughly our stay in their lovely home. Nicely furnished, and lots of extras, cots, games, boogie boards. Love the 3 balconies - ate all our meals outside on the balcony.

Movie World is 20 mins in the Car - Wet and Wild is 20 mins in the Car - Australian Outback Centre is 20 mins in Car. Dream World is 35 mins in Car. All the Theme Parks are serviced by Transfer Buses for a fee. It takes around 8 mins to walk to the Front Beach from the Apartment
