Self catering rental villa with golf and beach in Los Alcazares

Two story semi detached rental villa in Los Alcazares close to the beach and the golf courses of Roda golf resort and La Serena. The villa is excellently decorated with everything required for holiday rental, the villa has air conditioning and English TV, with high quality furnishings. The summer rental villa has three bedrooms, one double and two twins with two bathrooms. A large patio with drive way at the front of the property and a private roof top solarium on the roof. The holiday villa has a large swimming pool used exclusively for the villas in the block. The separate kitchen has everything required for self catering holidays leading to the lounge dining area with a large patio for outdoor dining in the warmer months. Restaurants, shops and bars are all within 2 minutes walking distance and the beach and golf courses are a few minutes by car. The rental villa is an excellent self catering home for summer holidays with easy access from the local airport of Murcia.

Golfing : The villa is very centrally located for golfers. It is only a 2 minute drive to Roda Golf course and about 5 minutes drive to La Serena golf course both located in Los Alcazares. The villa is only 10-20 minutes drive to a large selection of other courses including the Polaris World courses of The Mar Menor Golf Resort , El Valle , La Torre and Hacienda Riquelme . The famous 3 courses of La Manga are also only 20 minutes drive and the Dave Thomas designed Hacienda Del Alamo course is also about a 20 minute drive. There are many more in the Murcia region .

In the Alicante region which again is about a 20-25 minute drive are the well known Courses of Villamartin , Las Ramblas , Campoamor and La Finca. Altogether a golfers dream, superb courses all with buggies available for hire .

really nice building in a good location. Close to amenities and a short walk into the main town. Clean and well maintained.Nice pool area. would recommend ths property. Good communication with owner and lots of good info on area recieved from him too.

Lovely house , well presented and good location

My wife and I and the children stayed in the villa in August , we had a great time , the villa was very well presented , nice and clean and big enough for the six of us, the interior had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and rarely busy , most days we had it all to ourselves. The service was excellent , we did not hire a car so we got picked up and left back to the airport all well done , no problems and the company who look after the villa where easily available and informative . Thanks for a great holiday and we will be back to stay in the villa again.

Slecht onderhouden en slechte ligging

Op zich een mooie woning; maar... Op de website lijkt het een zeer goed onderhouden woning. De realiteit ligt wel enigszins anders. Op de foto, spierwitte gevels en buitenmuren. Realiteit, vuil! Terras vuil! Zetels in de living, vuil. Strandzetels lopen op hun einde! Matrassen : je voelt de binnenveringen zelfs met je handen; laat staan als je erop gaat liggen! Heb dus opgeplooide dekens gelegd; want er viel anders niet op te slapen. Wasmachine staat buiten zonder bescherming. Na een zware regenval werkte het niet. Dit probleem werd wél snel opgelost. Dvd-speler was niet aanwezig; maar werd na wat aandringen gebracht .Zwembad inderdaad aanwezig; doch zo ongezellig dat we er geen gebruik van gemaakt hebben. Ligging is echt niet goed: op 50m van een drukke baan/autostrade. 's Nachts slapen met open raam, was voor mij dus niet mogelijk. Al bij al ... ik vind dit huis geen aanrader. Voel me eigenlijk wat bedrogen. Vervelend ook naar de mensen toe die mee op reis waren! Het huis staat te koop. Waarschijnlijk is dat de reden van al die negatieve punten. Eigenaar investeert niet meer. Maar daarom moet het wel niet vuil zijn!

Owner's Response: Geachte cliënt, Dank u voor uw opmerkingen maar ik voel dat ik het niet eens met hen. De villa wordt gehandhaafd op een hoog niveau en eventuele problemen worden behandeld snel en efficiënt. We hadden een aantal zware regen van de aankomst en helaas liet de buitenwereld nogal stoffig maar er is een waterslang die u kunt gebruiken en kan gemakkelijk worden weggespoeld. De wasmachine werkte perfect, je gewoon niet de deur goed, die we erop gewezen om u te sluiten. De matras in kwestie is gewijzigd en als je dit onder onze aandacht had gebracht zou hebben onmiddellijk gedaan. De villa is in een uitstekende locatie op slechts enkele minuten van het dichtstbijzijnde supermarkten, bars, restaurants en een 10 minuten lopen naar het centrale plein gebied. De villa is voorzien van dubbele beglazing en airconditioning, dus ik begrijp niet waarom je de ramen 's nachts zou openen. De villa interieur is zeer goed uitgerust met alles wat nodig is voor het normale leven, is de keuken goed uitgerust, de woonkamer heeft alles wat je moet nodig, kamers zijn comfortabel, dus ik begrijp niet waarom u waar ongelukkig met het pand.

The villa is located in a residential area just off the main road at the entrance to Los Alcazares opposite the very popular El Oasis and beside the Pueblo Patricia areas in Los Alcazares. The main supermarkets, summer market and fairground are a few minutes walk and the popular area of the Mercadona square , restaurants, bars etc are a 10 minute walk.Murcia boasts the beautiful 250km coastline of the Costa Calida and not just one but two seas, the Mediterrean and the Mar Menor.With over 320 days of sunshine a year it lives up to its name of the warm coast and makes an ideal holiday destination any time of the year.The Mar Menor is an immense salt water lagoon 170 square kilometres separated from the Mediterrean by La Manga, the waters are beautifully warm and the high salt and iodine content is reputed to have therapeutic qualities. When exploring inland , orchards and citrus groves stretch towards mountainous countryside. Towering limestone formations rise from pine forests in the Parque Nateral de Sierra Espuna.The regions rich history lies waiting to be discovered in the art , architecture and archaeological treasures of castles, fortresses and ancient muslim villages.The city of Murcia was founded in 825 AD & no visit would be complete without a look at the imposing Catedral de Santa Maria with beautiful Renaissance features.
