Love El Faro

Coral 103 met our needs very well. I love being on the bottom floor for easy fast access to beach and pool. Keep in mind master bedroom has the only safe and washer&dryer. Easy for a family. A little more coordination if your staying with another couple. Super great!

Great location!

Coral 103 is a great unit. It's clean and modern, and well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The management may want to replenish the wine glasses. Im a great cook, and I was satisfied with the knives and cookware. The oven works well. The outdoor BBQ grill does not. We borrowed the next door neighbor's.

The bathrooms are immaculate, but I found the dripping shower annoying. Have someone check it out! We used the laundry and it was fine.

Staff is very gracious and accommodating. Beach is good, but be careful of the rocks! Stay to the left side of the beach to swim. The pool is gorgeous! Very well maintained.

Location is ideal! Plenty to do within walking distance. Taxis are everywhere and reasonably priced. USE PESOS!! You'll save money.

This was my second time renting this unit. I love it because it's easy for me to get around, being that I have arthritis. I recommend it for seniors or families with babies in strollers.

It can get a bit noisy at times, depending on the neighbors, but it's pretty quiet after 10 or 11 pm. There is no street noise. No loud music.

I will go back again next year!

Location is Awesome!

The location of El Faro can't be beat. The ocean in front of you and Avenida 5 to the back. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants and many shops. I would give the condo only 4 stars because of a few maintenance issues. The oven doesn't function and has not for a while. They are aware of the problem. The patio door had no latch that worked unless you locked it with a key every time. The unit is self is clean and convenient to the pool area. We used the BBq almost nightly. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it every day! Beach was great with no vendors harassing you. There is a parking space assigned in the underground garage for this unit as well. Washer/ dryer is newer and works well. Maid service was every other day. Would definitely return to this unit!
