We LOVE this place!

  • 5 of 5

This was our second stay at Zoella's. And it was just fantastic. The new addition of the deck really makes this place. The view is spectacular and it's lovely and private. The kids and adults both loved it. Lots to do - relax, walk, ride, visit the nearby winery. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Stunning location, wonderful property

  • 5 of 5

Could not recommend this place enough. A truly stunning location, even the drive down into the valley highlights what a special place it is. Close in distance to the main towns of the Blue Mountains but felt a world away in terms of peace and quiet. The local wallabies, wombats, kangaroos, kookaburra and many different birds being the only neighbours and noises that you will have! Not ever stayed at a place quite like it. Suzanne was extremely helpful and friendly in all communication - including very detailed directions and advice. The place was very well equipped and spacious. A really relaxing and memorable stay.

I'm moving in

  • 5 of 5

Loved this place. Would have secretly moved in if I thought I could get away with it. Incredibly peaceful location with spectacular views.

Only took 1.5 hours from home but felt like a world away from Sydney's nonsense. Loved the constant parade of native animal and birds (make sure you put the provided seed out every day and you will be rewarded!).

Spotted wallabies (with joeys), roos, cockatoos, king parrots, kookaburras, eagles, a red bellied black snake and scores of Christmas beetles. Haven't seen them in Sydney for years! The wombats remained elusive, but I did spot the poo so they're there.

Make sure you take a walk through the bush beyond the BMX track. You'll come across a fantastic rock ledge with a mosaic on it and you can sit up there and get very zen.

The home itself was very comfortable. The owners have thought of everything. And it's spotlessly clean. Like I said, I'd still be hiding out in one of the bedrooms if I could.

The two city oodles also loved this place. Didn't know what to do with themselves with all the space to explore.

I'd definitely recommend this place - but no booking it out because I want to come back regularly.

Owner's Response: Hi Kate, Thank you so much for your kind and heartfelt review. I've just come back from a couple of days stolen up at the property with friends from the UK and we all feel the same. We are privileged to have such a special place to escape the madness of Sydney and are happy to be able to share it with others who appreciate its magic. We hope that you will be able to visit many more times and experience all the different seasons at Zoellas.

Wonderful property in a stunning location!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at Zoella's during the 2nd weekend of July and had an amazing weekend. We were 4 couples, so comfortably accommodated in the 4 bedrooms, and were pleasantly surprised by the super-equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, crockery & cutlery for all 8 of us (& then some). The location is absolutely magical - with stunning views, fresh air and plenty of birds & animals to keep company. The house is very comfortable, well-appointed and equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed brisk walks all around the property & had fun interacting with the cheeky and inquisitive kookaburras and other birds. A couple of us saw a huge wombat ambling along near the rear of the house on the first night, and others saw wallabies during the walks. We all brought plenty of warm clothes along, but hardly needed them, as the fireplace kept the whole house more than warm enough. The owner was very accommodating when we left our phone charger behind and had it delivered to us within a few days - customer service at its best! The only thing that would enhance the experience would be an additional toilet/bathroom as 1 between 8 adults meant a few impatient queue-ups in the morning... We cannot recommend the property highly enough & would love to visit again!

Owner's Response: Hi Alex, Thank you for such a lovely review of our property. We do try to make it as comfortable and easy as possible for our guests and provide all the things you may need for a relaxing break, although the peaceful surroundings and wonderful views do a lot of the work for us! Sorry you missed a second loo, we are actively looking for a solution which will provide this without necessitating a big hike in our rates which we try to maintain at an affordable level for families.
