The lower level of this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse includes living and dining area, along with modern kitchen with stainless steel dishwasher, gas hotplate, electric oven and microwave. There is a third toilet and separate laundry. A huge window with cedar blinds looks out to the courtyard from the dining area.
The upper level includes three large bedrooms and separate mezzanine area complete with built in purpose office desk, large tv and lounge. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, large ensuite, and full-length cedar blinds over the doors to the balcony to take advantage of those Perth sea breezes.
A second bathroom complete with bath and separate toilet services the other two large bedrooms, which also have queen-size beds and substantial built in robes.
The house has evaporative air-conditioning & full security. There is also a large park across the road for kids.
There is direct access from the house into a two car garage with electric roll-a-door.
Fitted out with linen, towels and has full kitchen & dining facilities. All you have to do is show up and move in!
A cleaner can come once a week for $120 to vacuum, wash the floors, clean the bathrooms & kitchen and put fresh linen on the beds and leave fresh towels.
There is a washing machine and dryer for you to take care of your personal laundry.
