Our lovely 3-bedroom, 3-bath, two-level vacation get-away will provide your family or small group with everything you need for your “home away from home”.

Main Level: The front door opens to an expansive two-story vaulted ceiling living room, complete with a 42' LCD HD TV that includes high definition cable channels, Blu-ray DVD player, and comfortable sofas (including a sofa-sleeper for extra guests) for after-ski relaxation. Summers have always been beautiful in Park City, and will be perfect now because we installed air-conditioning in summer 2017! A balcony off the dining room opens onto tall pine trees and a view of the mountains. The living room also boasts a wood fireplace to keep you warm during the winter season, with complimentary firewood provided for our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, silverware and cooking utensils. Also on the main level is a washer and dryer, the master bedroom, a second bedroom, and a full guest bath with shower and bathtub. The master bedroom has a comfy queen-size bed, with a large adjoining master bath. The second bedroom on the main level has twin beds and lots of storage. In the closet, you'll find a pack 'n play with sheets for baby to sleep on, a baby chair that can be used as a high chair, a white noise machine and a few baby toys.

Second level/loft: you’ll enjoy an expansive bedroom with king-sized bed, smart TV and DVD player. An adjoining bathroom has shower and bathtub with a sink vanity outside of the bathroom.

On-Site Amenities: Large jacuzzi/hot tub on the main level of Suncreek Inn (undergoing remodeling as of September 2017). You park in your own designated space in underground parking. No need to shovel snow or scrape ice off of your car! *NOTE: as of September 2017, hot tub in under repair.

The Park City Transit System runs a free shuttle service every 20 minutes to all 3 major resorts and Tanger Outlet Mall. Whether you ski or not, the scenery is breathtaking and you're promised an extraordinary diversity of vacation opportunities. Utah is astonishing!

Additional Activities and Attractions:

Park City, Utah began in the 1800s as a silver mining town, nestled in the Wasatch Mountain range, yet is located only 34 miles from the Salt Lake City International Airport. Sixty minutes after landing, you could be headed for the slopes, or getting acquainted with the world-renowned dining and shopping along historic Main Street, or checking out the many venues from the 2002 Winter Olympics. Gorgoza Tubing is a short distance away, as is the new Redstone Plaza which has casual and fine dining, a newly constructed Jupiter bowling alley, and Redstone 8 Cinema. Park City is also the home of the Sundance Film Festival every January. About Valerie Wride

Both of us grew up in the Salt Lake City area and have many great memories of skiing Utah. Our family lived in South America and Europe for two decades while working in our embassies in the U. S. Foreign Service and now call northern Virginia our home.

Why Valerie Wride chose Park City

We purchased this condo in 1988 to serve as our home-leave point and to give our children one place in the world to call home. We love Park City and love to gather there as a family as often as we can. We hope you enjoy our Suncreek Inn home as much as we do!

We really enjoyed our stay - great location (walking distance to good restaurants, the spa, etc.)

bus stop just across the street to the 3 mountains and everything else

comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, plenty of the stuff you usually have to go out and buy (toilet tissue, paper towels) lots of plates and glassware so we didn't have to constantly run the dishwasher!



we like to cook, and were missing a few things that would have made it a lot easier:

strainer

rubber spatula

lemon/orange squeezer

more than one dish towel



and one essential:

wine bottle opener (we bought one and left it there)



and this is probably not a solvable problem, but there was a TV in every room except the twin-beds room. If those 2 wanted to watch TV they had to disturb the loft couple by using the living room TV.



The couple in the loft really couldn't watch their TV without disturbing those in the living room. A walled-in loft area (which of course would make it not-a-loft) would solve one of the problems, also allowing the loft couple to sleep in if they wanted.

Sensational location for a summer stay

We stayed as part of an altitude training camp. The location was perfect. 300m from the day spa, right next to the rail trail, less than a k from the running track and short trip to shops and main street. Loved it.

This is a beautiful clean apartment that is well located, you are in a walking distance from the shops, a few min away from the bus stop, this was our second visit at the same apartment and We will definitely go back again.

Father/Son Ski Trip

Spent a long weekend there for a father/son ski trip. Each dad had his own room/private bath and the boys shared a room and hall bath. Arrangements were perfect. Hot tub was out of order but we knew that in advance.

Great location for our family vacation

The condo worked out great for us -- mom, dad, three adult children. It had lots of space to spread out, was neat and clean, and had all the features included in the listing. The location was walkable to several good restaurants and a grocery store, and only a few minute drive to both Deer Valley and Park City. We would definitely rent again if our travels take us back to Park City.
